My experience with Premier Pups was on a different level of outstanding! Everyone I ever came in contact with were friendly, very courteous and extremely helpful. Even after I picked Loki up from the wonderful chaperone, Premier kept in contact with us and was helpful to any concerns or questions that I had. I will most certainly recommend to anyone who is interested in a furbaby.

Our first experience with Premier Pups was great! We drove up from Georgia to Ohio and picked up our puppy at the facility. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they stayed in contact with us whenever we needed support. We will certainly be back!

We were skeptical at first because of the rumors around the breeding farms. After asking around I found out that many of our friends, even relatives had gotten their puppy from premier pups so we took our chance. We first got pictures and videos and immediately fell in love with Ranger (now Milo). Could not be happier with the results. The anxiety of having him home grew even stronger as the caravan he was coming in got delayed because of a Hurricane hitting Florida. We received a healthy, loving, and adorable little pup when we picked him up at the airport. He today turned one year and is the perfect size we wanted since we live in a condo. Thank you Premier Pups for making this a wonderful experience since day one.
