Every step of the process was incredibly easy and all the staff at Premier Pups was very friendly and helpful. Their 24/7 availability and all their resources were exceptionally useful. I would absolutely buy a pup from them again!

My experience was wonderful. I drove to pick him up to a beautiful farm, and a cute little white furball that smelled amazing was delivered to me. I was able to get everything I needed, including medication until his first visit to the vet. Premier Pops called me and checked in on him frequently to make sure he was doing well. I was very pleased with my Levi, and the vet even complimented me on how healthy he is I would definitely go back to get another in the future!

Premierpups did a great job being in contact with us until we got George. They continued to check in on him for a couple of weeks once we brought him home. They are very friendly and easy to work with.

Bear has been a fun and perfect addition to our family!! Our experience with Premier Pups was wonderful and so much better than I expected. He arrived with care items and instructions that were very helpful for new pup owners. Any concerns or questions we had were answered right away with a simple phone call. Premier Pups was an absolute 10 out of 10 experience every step of the way. I got these 2 poo-chon puppies at 8 weeks to ease the transition as my beloved 14-½-year-old poo-chon was about to cross Rainbow Bridge. Premier Pups was SO professional and provided SO much great information about the care and feeding of these two new fur babies. I had to fly them from Ohio to Southern California and the Premier Pups staff checked in by text and phone call to ensure their safe arrival and checked on them even after they were here. It warms my heart that a company is so dedicated to the well-being of the animals they sell! I even contacted them to inquire about the maker of the harnesses they sent home with my dogs and they actually sent me 2 new harnesses one size up with puppy toys at no charge -- I didn't even ask but it was so helpful as the ones on Amazon were too big! I would recommend Premier Pups to anyone looking for a fur-baby addition to their home!

From the constant communication before receiving Levi, easy delivery, constant check ups after receiving him, and a follow up on his birthday, everything has reassured me that I made the right choice!
