Awesome, delivery went smoothly. Had first vet check up and was declared to be very healthy, no worms or illnesses. I love this little guy so much.

Gary arrived four days ago and I think the experience was more stressful for me than it was for him. He came out of his kennel at the airport a little dehydrated and hungry, but was obviously well cared for the entire time. The whole process was simple and, most importantly, ensured that the safety and well-being of Gary was the priority. Every customer service rep I interacted with throughout the process was polite and knowledgeable, providing clear and concise responses. I highly recommend premier pups and the Aussie Doodle breed. So much love and joy in a little bundle! This little love has seamlessly joined our family and is quickly picking up potty training with positive reinforcement.

There are no words to express how grateful I am finding Premier Pups. From my first inequity to this day my life has changed. The guidance and professionalism from everyone at Premier Pups has been outstanding. I have the BEST puppy in the world. He has been such a blessing in my life. I have recommended Premier Pups to a half a dozen people. If and when I decide to get another pup, I will ONLY go to through Premier Pups. You all are the BEST!!!! My experience with Premier Pups was wonderful! I knew that I wanted a puppy but I didn’t know what breeder or breed. I found Premier Pups and I fell in love with their puppies at first sight. I watched the website for about 6 months and I keep thinking I’ll know the puppy for me and my family as soon as I see him! Lol Eventually I came across Nore’! (F.K.A Jose). From the moment I submitted the video request, the Premier Pups experience was easy and worry free. They communicated with me every step of the process and were extremely detailed in the directions and care for the puppy during the first week. Even after we brought Nore’ home they sent periodic texts for the first few weeks checking on Nore’s progress which was greatly appreciated! The delivery process was stress free as well! We arrived at the designated meeting spot about 10 minutes early so I was there to see the van pull in and I watched the gentleman that delivered Nore’ to me clean out his crate and changed the puppy pad prior to handing him off to me. That was just another example of great customer service! I’m so pleased with the service I received I’m actually considering getting a brother or sister for Nori from Premier Pups! We just love him sooooo much! He’s the perfect pup for our family!

We had such an easy experience with Premier pups. Client service support was great as well via phone when we had questions prior to our pick up. We picked him up about three hours away from our home and it went seamlessly. We had to add a second Cavapoo to our family in the next few years and we will go straight to PremierPups when we are ready! The puppy experience has gone SO much better than we anticipated, and I think having a quality breeder is a big reason why! Thank you!

It has been only a week that Obi joined our family and he has been so lovely. He is very intelligent and quick learner. Most importantly he is healthy and Premier pups has been checking on Obi which shows they care.

I can’t say enough good things about Premier Pups!!! The entire experience was beyond expectations. From our initial inquiry to their follow up calls after arrival everyone was great….friendly, helpful with no pressure. We picked up our boy Kona (previously Hank) at Salt Lake City airport on June 19th and he’s a total joy. He’s adapting well and our vet said he’s very healthy and the breeders did an excellent job. Thank you to everyone at Premier Pups for an outstanding experience.

We were apprehensive about purchasing a puppy online, but that was put to rest when we engaged with Premier Pups. Not only were they easy to work with, efficient, and reliable, but it’s also clear they truly care about their dogs’ wellbeing. We chose to fly out to Ohio and pick up Pico (Kent) ourselves, and we were given lots of quality in-person attention from the staff. On top of that, they followed up with us a few days, weeks, and one year after taking Pico home to ensure he was doing well and that we didn’t have any issues or questions. Pico has been the best addition to our family, and he is healthy and well with such a fun, loving personality. Overall we’re extremely satisfied and so happy we chose Premier Pups.
