We have had an absolutely wonderful experience with our girl Gracie. We have had her over a year and she is so very loving and great with our toddler grandson and the dogs of other family members. She is a picture of health. This shows her when we brought her home and now all grown up!

My little pup a little upset belly with potty issues I called the 24/7 phone number for emergencies I spoke with Lacie even woke her up when I called. She is the best she talked to me and told what to give her and when which came with getting a new puppy. She checked up via text or phone to follow up multiple times just to make sure she was feeling better in which she is. From day one until your puppy arrives they really care. They do not stop caring even when you get a new puppy. I would like to add they are located in Ohio and I in California they even had someone pick her up at the airport for me and brought me to a designated city near me. They go far and beyond for what they do. Dorothy

As with any puppy place, we have always been very leary of the legitimacy of dog breeders and/or the places that work with puppy breeders, but Premier Pups is every bit of a legitimate and very well run and thorough operation that sees to it that only the best is their #1 priority. From the moment we chose our new family member online until the day of our pick up, the staff on the phone and in person were top notch. We made an appointment to pick up our new family addition and were met on time, with enthusiasm, and were provided with thorough details of everything we needed to know about caring for our new little puppy. All additional questions presented were answered. We would highly recommend to anyone wanting a new puppy to care for as you will have a great experience throughout.

We chose a beautiful Cavapoo puppy named Jameson back in May of ‘ 21. He is better than we ever imagined- smart and funny, sweet and cuddly. He was easy to train and is super healthy. We are thinking about getting another pup as a sibling.

They are excellent! I honestly was very nervous buying a dog on a central website, but they made getting our puppy seamless. They have a veterinarian on staff to ask any questions, a vet check before you buy them and we’re always checking in after we got our puppy to make sure things were going well.

Top notch service from start to finish. From inquiring to reserving communication was the best and felt so comfortable and pleased with my decision to reserve this wonderful Cavapoo. As soon I got her from the airport she’s been the best puppy and now 1 year old ever. Definitely will be reserving from premier pups again real soon..

Premier Pups deserves a 5 star review for having such an organized and smooth process. It has been 1 year with my puppy Frankie and I still can't thank them enough for such an amazing Family member. When Frankie was given to us and we could easily tell that dogs from Premier pups are clean and well taken care of.
