My overall experience was amazing. Premier pups really care for their puppies. They checked on Oreo the first couple weeks to see how he was settling in. And when he turned one they also checked in on him. What a blessing it was to find this website! Thank you premier pups!

Working with Premier Pups was smooth and easy. I appreciated how quickly they responded to my inquiries. We started the process over a holiday weekend and that did not slow them down one bit. I was super impressed with all the information that is provided through the website. There were no surprises as we moved through the reservation process. We chose the airport nanny for the delivery. Scheduling and meeting at the airport were super easy. The team at Premier Pups checked in a few times to make sure everything was going well once we got the pup home. Biscuit has been an amazing addition to our family. He is a super healthy and happy pup. Never met a person or pet that he doesn't love. We would highly recommend Premier Pups.

We had a really good experience with Premier Pups. They answered all my questions, kept me informed and after we received our baby, they called and checked in regularly. We opted for stork delivery and upon arrival the gentlemen were very kind and our puppy arrived happy and healthy even for a really long trip. I took our new family member to the vet 3 days after arrival as I had an appointment already set up for her. She said that everything looked good and our Hazel Mae looked very healthy. The experience honestly couldn’t really have gone better or easier.

We had a very positive experience. I was a little nervous because I'd only ever reserved shelter pets in the past. He came to us very healthy and happy. Communication was great and we felt well equipped to take care of our pup.

I will NEVER purchase a dog from anyone else! I sincerely mean that. They are there every step of the way to ensure the process went smoothly & to answer any questions that I had. They even called several times over the following weeks to make sure Bella was adjusting well to her new home & to ask if I had any questions or concerns.
