After not having a pet for many many years, I was very excited and very nervous. Jacob was such a huge help in this process. He gave me time and was very kind. I met several other employees that were also lovely. They have followed up several times to check on Bear and every time, it is a wonderful experience. Our lil pup is perfect and we couldn’t love her more if we tried! Thank You Premier Pups! Over-exceeded my expectations!

We couldn't be more pleased with the overall process in getting our newest addition to our family from Premier Pups. From the very first interaction with such patience in answering so many questions and all the way through allowing us to FaceTime with our puppy while we were waiting for her to be able to be delivered to us. She just turned a year old and is perfect in every way. I would without a doubt go back to Premier Pups for our next pup. Even up to about a week ago when we got a Happy Birthday text from them!

Today is Dutton’s first birthday! We have been so happy with him. He’s smart, playful, loving and very interactive. We’ve had him since he was 8 weeks old and Premier Pups have been absolutely wonderful to work with! I cannot say enough good about the whole process. They are very professional and responsive and even check in on the one year birthday! I would absolutely work with them in the future or comfortably refer them to a friend. Dutton has the best personality and has become a true family member.

We reserved our sweet baby Shichon - Poppy - last Christmas. The folks at Premier Pups were amazing. We originally had intended to reserve Poppy’s sister but the medical checkup revealed a heart condition and the Premier team consulted with us and we all agreed that Poppy’s sister needed special care - which Premier arranged at their own cost - and asked us to consider reserving Poppy instead. Poppy has been an amazing addition to our family and we haven’t regretted the decision a single time. The Premier team checked in numerous times and genuinely cared that (a) Poppy had a loving home and (b) we were happy with Poppy. I highly recommend the team at Premier Pups. They are legitimate and they will protect your investment and make sure you and your family reserve a healthy dog. They are the best!

Working with Premier Pups was a great experience! We had been trying to reserve a puppy with another “breeder” and had a horrible experience. We were definitely nervous, but Premier and their great staff put us at ease. They were always willing to answer questions and held our hand throughout the entire process of reservation and after, when our pup on arrived home. We wholeheartedly recommend Premier Pups!!!

Premier pups are amazing! From delivering our new baby and following up with his health and care day to day. I asked many questions as this is my first time being a dog mom. If you're looking for a Maltipoo (ours is a teacup), I would highly recommend Premier Pup's! The entire experience start to finish was organized, professional and well planned out (travel, food, medicine, etc...). We just celebrated LuLu's first birthday and can't imagine life without her... Our THIRD perfect experience with Premier Pups! We just got Daisy Mae, a Mini Aussie Doodle, to join Jack, our three-year old CockaPoo. As always, the process is super easy, they’re great communicators, and our puppies to us happy, healthy, and active. All the shots are in order, paperwork is great. Nothing but the best!

I reserved the cutest, most precious puppy from Premier Pups. She was so tiny so Premier Pups kept in touch daily to be sure she was progressing well. They were so supportive with her care that it made us feel comfortable that she was progressing well. I can’t imagine any other place being more supportive, caring or kind during and following an reservation than Premier Pup. I was very nervous about buying my first dog especially online, but Premier Pups made the process so easy. They contacted me prior to the delivery and continued to follow up afterwards. Our puppy Neauman arrived much sooner than expected and he is perfect in every way. This is definitely a company that can be trusted and I would highly recommend to anyone!
