Our experience with premier pups exceeded all expectations. From the beginning of our search, the staffs were very helpful and responsive in communications. Before Eevee’s flight, the staff made sure we understand the process and provided lots of information to us in preparation for her arrival. During the first week they check up with us frequently to make sure Eevee was adapting to her new home. We felt that they really care about the puppy’s health and wellness. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new four legged friend to join their family to use Premierpups!

Premier pups was very responsive and kept us informed as Agnes’ gotcha day approached. They provided videos and didn’t mind our calls with questions.

Our experience was great! We inquired about a puppy and less than 48 hours, she was in our home. They followed up with us multiple times to make sure she was healthy and getting everything she needed.

Premier Pups was amazing to work with. Everyone was friendly and very knowledgeable. The process was clearly explained and everything went as planned when I picked up Gigi from the airport.

Although she was expensive, she has brought that little extra gift her name implies. Premier pups was very easy to work with.

Premier pups is excellent. The entire experience was 5 star. There is not a better place to reserve a furry friend. We have an amazing dog that we love so much. We have had her for 5 years now. Gracie came with all of her immunizations, food, medication, toys, etc. We were called several times by Premier Pups to check on Gracie and to see how she was adapting. I can't say enough good things about Premier Pups and I recommend the to everyone who is looking for a dog.

Our experience with Premier Pups was great! They gave us a lot of information about our puppy, answered all our questions, make all the arrangements for us to get our puppy from the airport (they are in Ohio, we’re in Southern California), it could have been easier. I felt very comfortable with the whole process.

She was just 3 1/2 pounds at 9 weeks of age when to picked her up at the airport in Phoenix from Premier Pups. We give them a 5 stars + for online puppy purchases. Our full grown pup is now 10 pounds and gives us a tons of daily love and nonstop kisses. Gypsy is a great traveler and always a show stopper. We won the jackpot when we connected with Premier Pups and our Gypsy girl. True Puppy LOVE. We highly recommend Premier Pups and have recommended them to others.
