I have purchased 3 pups through Premier and referred everyone that asks about them. The quality/health of the puppy is what's most important, and the customer service is definitely the next important aspect of this company. I have purchased from an outside breeder before and received a quality dog, but the customer service and help was nothing compared to Premier. I have to admit, I was very hesitant at first seeing as though there are so many scams out on the web. I have heard horrible stories of families putting a down payment and never hearing from the people again, it breaks my heart. Premier made me feel at ease the very first time I called to inquire on my first puppy. The follow up before, during, and after is amazing. If/when I had questions they would answer them and helped with any aspect of any concern or issue. I take my puppies to my vet after receiving them, each one has had a healthy exam. The pups I have are so sweet, loving, and well behaved. They bring so much happiness to our family!

After going to numerous pet shops , I just could not find a young Pomeranian for a decent price. Thank you premier pups for my healthy and beautiful baby boy. He is amazing and does everything with me. He’s almost 6 months old now. I reserved him when his name was Caprio, his name is now Boba Baby.

I had a pleasant experience with premier pups. They made things very easy for me, full-time worker. I got to focus on prepping for his arrival. They had meds that came with him as precaution. My vet did a thorough check-up on him, healthy boy, didn't need all the meds, just focused on his vet recommendations. He now works in our clinic as a therapy dog. It's been a year, he grew bigger than avg. They do state that can happen. As long as he is healthy, that's all that matters to me. One of the only cons that mattered to me was that we never got to meet the breeders, his parents or even see the surroundings from which he came from. They sent a video, but that was the only visual. It's been difficult for me to recommend the place as that stops almost everyone from considering this website. Even though seeing my puppy and how healthy he is, is an encouragement. It was more or less blind trust. People can say many things, we have to see for ourselves. In my case, I am glad everything worked out exceptionally well.
