We have been so impressed by Premier Pups. The whole experience has been great! Our puppy arrived with ziplock bags full of food, medication, instructions - everything spelled out on what to do each day after arrival. Premier Pups has been available to answer any and all questions and have called throughout her first week home to check on her. It's evident they really care about their puppies. Our puppy is the most precious thing and has brought so much joy to our family. I definitely recommend Premier Pups!

My wife and I had such a great experience working with Premier Pups to take home our mini golden doodle Cajun! We could tell he was very well cared for before we picked him up. The transition from Premier Pups to our house has been a breeze. The step by step instructions for administering meds are easy to follow and they have answered any question we have had. I wouldn't recommend anyone get a puppy from anywhere other than Premier Pups!

We just got a mini Aussie on May 4th and we fell in love with him. Kobe ( originally Neo) is such a sweet and playful puppy.

We purchased an F1 mini golden doodle born on 1/3/19. Our experience was excellent. Our pup arrived safely after several hours of flying. Our vet was (and still is) impressed with his excellent health and overall condition. Our pup has a super sweet temperament. We will definitely be repeat buyers if we add to our pack.

We purchased our mini golden doodle Brooklyn (formerly Gabi) from premier pups as a surprise for our kids for Easter. I have been researching this breed for several months and was skeptical as to whether or not I should buy online. We also have a 6 year old cockapoo and was worried about introducing a new puppy to the home. Brooklyn was sent to us on 4/26 and the process was seamless. She arrived very healthy and they called or emailed daily to see how she was. As the week went on we started to notice she had some aggressive behavior especially toward my other dog. She wasn’t able to be held without growling or biting. She tried to bite my son’s face and mine as well. I called our dog Trainer thinking this behavior would be fixed with training. Within 5 minutes he told me the dog had aggression issues and we needed to speak to breeder. We got a call back from Michael who is the owner. At first, he was defensive and gave advice that was NOT helpful at all. My trainer spoke with him in great detail and we all decided Brooklyn may not be a match for my home. It was not easy to speak to the actual breeder and when we did he was not very knowledgeable of his litter of pups. Red flag. Michael offered another puppy of a different breed. An 8 week old Cavapoo. As we didn’t want a different breed of pup we were told by Michael and our trainer that this breed is a less aggressive breed all around . I have to say Michael’s attitude completely changed and was very understanding about our situation. I wish the conversation started out that way. My entire family was so upset to send the puppy back but as a parent I had to worry about my family and dog. Michael did immediately set flights up for Brooklyn to be returned and for the new pup named Callista to be flown to us around the same time. He was very good with all the arrangements. He got flights scheduled for the next day. He did FaceTime with me to show me the new pup and go over with our trainer what her temperament was like and wanted to make sure we were happy. It was a tough ride to the airport with Brooklyn but we sent her back to Premier Pups. She was fine and our new dog (now named Betsy) came within an hour of me dropping Brooklyn. Michael made sure to text me when Brooklyn arrived. He sent me video and we saw she was doing well. Betsy is a totally different puppy and is very calm and sweet with our kids and dog, I’m hoping this is a better fit. It wasn’t anyone’s fault about what happened with Brooklyn. My trainer has dealt with this situation before. It just may not have been the home for Brooklyn. I do feel Premier Pups totally did the right thing. Michael did say many times he just wanted us to be happy which I appreciated. I did video the aggression Brooklyn was having so Michael could see we weren’t lying. He took Brooklyn into his home until he found another one for her. My only suggestion is to have the breeders more accessible to the client before a purchase is made to see if a pup is a right fit for a family.

This was the easiest puppy purchase I have ever done! Location is convenient, staff here is very helpful and polite. The health warranty on their pups is so comforting, just nice to know your new investment is protected! They send you home with everything you need to ensure a easy puppy transition. Puppies are already microchipped prior to purchasing, all you have to do is activate! Thanks Premier!!! Louis is a happy frenchie boy! ❤️

Love Premier Pups! They were great, very knowledgeable and patient with the many questions I had. They even followed up on us on many occasions to make sure that everything was okay and if we had any more questions. They even gave us his medications and food that was needed for the next 2 weeks and detailed instructions. When we get another, we will definitely come back to Premier Pups to get our baby's brother or sister.

The buying experience at Premier Pups couldn't have been better. We purchased 2 Teddy Bears to fill the tremendous void left by the untimely death of our beloved Shitzu Chloe. The first purchase was Lexi Noel. We then decided she needed a companion and went with Leonardi Geovani. Leo Geo for short. The staff was tremendously friendly and educated us expertly on caring for our pups once we got them home. Can't go wrong here.

I'm a researcher. I research everything from coffee to pens, just about anything you can name. I spent no less time researching a new family member. When I went to the website and saw Helen, now Fiona, I knew I had found just the right fit. The worst thing about dealing with premier, I had to wait two weeks until she was ready to come home, LOL. Everything about premier pups is first class. From beginning to end from order to pick up at the airport everything was done impeccably. Our vet said she is incredibly healthy and all of her paperwork was in impeccable order. Nothing was left to chance but even so, a call everyday or every other day just to check up, to make sure things are going well, as well as the emails and text messages made me feel like I was just next door not across the country. I would recommend Premier pups to , I actually already have, and will continue to do so. When I find a first-class operation I make sure other people know it.

Our experience with Premier pups was nothing but exceptional. I was a little nervous at first buying a puppy online but they were available to answer any of my questions. They follow up with check in calls to make sure things are going well once your puppy is home. Our puppy had to stay a few days with them prior to us picking him up but I was fine with that. They wanted to ensure he was happy, eating well and make sure his stress level was in a good place. I purchased him prior to seeing him and once he was at their facility they sent me a more recent picture. My puppy came with a warranty and they will take offers on the price of the dog. Brutus is now 4 months, adjusting well, already pottie trained and has leaned to sit and stay. He gets a little anxious at times but we chalk that up to being a puppy. I would highly recommend Premier Pups if you are looking for a new puppy.

We got Sampson (Sammy) a little under 2 months ago. He flew in, and has fit right into our household ever since. Our vet says he’s “perfect” and just loves him. He’s got the sweetest temperament and hasn’t met a fluffy dog bed he didn’t like. We love him so much. Sammy is a maltipom and at 4 months old is weighing in at a whopping 3.5 lbs.
