I was lucky enough to find the perfect dog for our home at Premier Pups! Our little Ginger is such a sweetie and a perfect dog for the grandbabies to boss around. The entire staff here is very friendly and may I say so helpful!!! I love the way they call and check on how your new puppy is doing and if you have any questions or concerns. I would tell anyone to shop for their perfect puppy here!!

I lost a dog a few months ago and it was heartbreaking. I found out about premier pups through someone at work and at first I was like “no I’m not ready yet” but then I saw my puppy on the the site and I fell in love! Her name was Truly back then and now it’s Chai. We love her! Premier pups thought of everything during the process of reserving Chai. Thank you guys! Having her around has definitely helped she’s such a joy to have around.

The staff at premier pups was great to work with! The entire process of reserving my puppy was surprisingly easy. As soon as I contacted them about a puppy, they responded very promptly. They answered all the questions I had and even questions I didn’t know to ask when picking up my puppy. I would highly recommend premier pups if you are looking to reserve a fur baby!

The staff at Premier Pups were so helpful through the entire process. Any questions I had they did not hesitate to answer and contacted me back in a timely manner. Bentley (formerly Rob) has been such a great member to my family. I also LOVE the fact that they called several days after I received my pup to check-up and see how he was doing. You will not get that type of support/care anywhere else. I could not have asked for a better process when buying my pup, especially online. He is my first pup and if I ever decide to get another, I will definitely go with Premier Pups! I highly recommend them to anyone, even if you are iffy about buying online! Yes, they are pricey, but SO worth the price!! They are amazing!!

We are very happy with our experience with Premier Pups. We never thought we would get a dog online and ship him across country. We were anxious and nervous about the process, and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. Our little Vinny (originally Alfredo) settled in immediately and instantly felt right at home. Premier Pups is the way to go if your looking to add to your family. From the online purchase to picking up your pup at the airport is a breeze. We had reserved a puppy before from a different site and had to travel very far to pick him up at an airport of they're choosing. But not Premier Pups they get you're puppy to the closest airport to you. They even do follow up calls to see how things are going, which I love. They also make sure you know that if your having any trouble, questions, or concerns that they are there to help. The instructions for arrival and after arrival were so simply laid out they were easy to follow. We fallen in love with our puppy from just looking at him on the website and then even more when he arrived. He warmed up quickly to everyone especially his brother who's side he doesn't like to leave. We are more than happy that went through Premier Pups to get our new addition, and highly recommended them for others looking for a new puppy.

Really organized and professional business. Employees are friendly and super helpful. I drove 3 hrs for my bernedoodle, Melo, and it was worth every mile and then some, I would recommend to anyone!

My experience with Premier Pups couldn't have been better. The knowledgeable staff there was prepared to answer every question I had prior to purchasing my pup. Upon arrival to their very impressive & VERY clean facility, I was supplied with a care package and very detailed instructions on how to successfully introduce my new Teddy Bear pup, Clozee (originally Jaine) to my home. The care didn't stop there - I received frequent phone calls and text messages from their staff, just to check up on us. This was a really nice & unexpected personal touch, and really showed me that they really CARE about the pups they sell, even after they've been sold. Clozee is 4 months old now, is 99% house trained, and is the sweetest & healthiest pup I could've asked for. I cannot recommend Premier Pups highly enough - if you're looking for a new furry friend, look no further.
