We got this little cutie June of 2018. He turned 1 on April 13th! There's so much I can say about our experience with Premier Pups. To start off, they are SO informative. They are extremely helpful through the entire process. Even after you bring your puppy home, they call you multiple times to make sure he is settling in okay, adjusting and they just overall give the best help and advice. I couldn't have been happier with the entire process. Our little Caesar has been a wonderful addition to our family! He is so full of energy yet so loving and calm. We were first time doggy parents so we were very nervous and had no idea what we were doing! Premier Pups definitely helped us through those first couple of weeks. We are always saying we need to get him a friend. 100% no question, we would come back to Premier Pups! All such a great experience and in the end we have a pretty amazing puppy that we love to pieces!

Premier pups is seriously so amazing!! We were skeptical about getting a puppy online from a website and being shipped across the country. But our experience was perfect! 10/10 recommend. We picked out our pup, they shipped her 2 days later and kept us updated along the way and followed up the next day with a phone call to make sure she was doing well and we didn’t have questions. This is a great place to find your fur baby! Flawless experience.

I would 100% recommend Premier Pups!! They were very quick to respond and matched me with the perfect mini goldendoodle, at a very reasonable price! I had researched the breed and breeder for months, and Premier Pups exceeded all expectations! They answered all of my questions and were very informational!! The puppy package they send you home with and all of the instructions were very helpful!! They called 3 times after we got home to make sure we were adjusting well. I took my new pup to my vet and he confirmed that my puppy was PERFECT! I got her at 8 weeks and now at 12 weeks, she’s basically potty trained, knows her name and sits when told!! I adore her and I’m so thankful for Premier Pups!! Winnifred, formally Julian, and I are forever grateful for you!! ❤️

This place is absolutely lovely. The puppies are well taken care of and they take the time to contact you after you reserve your puppy to make sure he is doing okay as well as answer any questions you may have. They were quick and absolutely helpful

Premier pups made it super easy to reserve our toy poodle puppy. From initial steps of finalizing the reservation to picking her up at their faculty (which is beautiful), to making sure she’s transitioning well during the first week. They are fantastic. The quality of customer service is beyond excellent. They provide the pup with all the necessary things including preventative medicine to make sure she stays healthy especially during the 1st week. They follow-up after the reservation to make sure the pup is doing well and they have a 24/7 hotline if needed. We absolutely adore our new family addition and are so glad we found her through Premier Pups!!!

Amazing amazing breeder! I live in New York and was searching for a good breeder of small dogs for a while. I found PremierPups accidentally while looking through the internet. I read the reviews and decided to get a puppy from them. My daughter and I picked out a teddy bear puppy and bought her! We didn’t regret using this breeder not even for a second! The way she was transported to us from Ohio was amazing! They explained everything in the email, gave me all of the instructions. She was traveling in the very cozy carry on with soft bed, food and a toy. Also they provided all of the preventive meds and a form with all her shots from the vet. They called me to find out how she was settling down. Very thoughtful and carrying people! I can see that all of their pups are being handled with a lot of care and love! I highly recommend PremierPup if you are looking for a furry friend. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Our puppy Bo is adorable and settling in great, and the experience with Premier Pups was really easy.

I purchased a “mini” bernedoodle from Premier Pups on December 1st, 2018. I was hesitant to buy from them because of the sketchy way that they refuse to let you meet the parents, but decided to make the trip to Ohio to see the facility for myself. After seeing that everything is clean and my puppy is happy and healthy, it’s clear that my concern was just around not being able to meet the plants. The size range we were given was 25-40 pounds, and now our pup isn’t even 7 months old and he’s already 52 lbs! EDIT: The owner of Premier Pups personally reached out to me to understand our situation. He was professional in explaining what had happened, and that the parents of our pup were 70 lbs and 10lbs respectively, which is something we were not aware of because they wouldn’t let us meet or FaceTime the parents. He has since taken the proactive step of adding a disclaimer that states the weight of the parents, which much more clearly explains the potential range of the pups. This interaction leaves me confident that the business is legitimate. Once again, our puppy is wonderful, albeit a little bigger than expected!

I felt in love with Mini Bernedoodle Samson now Max and team workers of premier pups got me through all the questions I had and got my Maxi home and safe with all the care he needed . I recommend and give them 5 stars, love you guys!!!❤️

We searched long and hard to find a breed we wanted then the best place to buy it . We read all reviews , we did not want a puppy mill dog. When we found Premire pups We were so pleased in all they stand for, offer and the high standard they will only allow in the breeders they use! We picked a gorgeous male Cavapoo we call Harvey. He flew in to us last Wednesday and the poor little guy got air sick . Premier pups crew stepped right up to help us 24-7 till we got him back on his feet! Even the owner Mike gave us his direct line to reach out anytime we needed, and we did day and night, lol Each step of the process was was done with integrity and such care. If you are looking to buy a new puppy I highly recommended Premire pups 100% we will surely be buying again from them in the future!
