We are very pleased with our experience, from the many questions while exploring the website to the day my baby got on the plane. Of course I was very sceptical about ordering online. When I called ,and it was after hours, the representative took her time to answer my questions and in detail. There was plenty of emails and texts messages from the bidding process to his arrival. He flew from Ohio to New Orleans, his plane was delayed and I started to panic and LACEY assured me that everything was going to be fine. I received a text message from Matthew and a phone call from Michael In reguards to my puppies safe arrival. The customer service from all of the representatives was exceptional and I would recommend premierpups for any kind of puppy needs.

Premier pups has been absolutely amazing! Our family has reserved three puppies from them in the last 7 weeks and were looking to add one more in the near future! Grateful for their friendly service and detailed care instructions. Looking forward to their new selections!

If only all online businesses were this good... Received our puppy last night. We’re in love. Checked her out at the vet this morning. Passed with flying colors. The staff at Premier Pups have been unbelievably great to work with all so helpful throughout the process of selection/purchase/travel arrangements/etc. and now that she's home, they have continually checked in on our little Reba to make sure all is going well. And Reba is a complete joy!! She has been so playful, healthy, loving, and just one of the best puppies our family has ever had. Reba was a present For my wife we experienced such a good service from the binging to the end The folks at Premier Pups are so caring and professionals I gave them a 5 star rating . I am pleased with the experience with Premiere Pups. The staff checked in regularly with me with follow-up phone calls, , and I appreciated that. My only concern was the high dose of preventative meds she was put on. But Serenity is a happy and healthy puppy and we are delighted she's part of our lives.

Great experience with premier pups. We asked for updated video, pictures, and questions about the breed and puppy’s personality. They responded quickly and were helpful. Once we purchased our Mini Bernedoodle they emailed information about food, medicine, micro chip activation, the warrant, and will be in contact with us on her flight. Their communication has been wonderful from letting you know about when they take off on the planes, texting when you have the puppy, the next day making sure puppy is ok, a feed days later checking on the puppy again to day 7 of having your puppy. Love the care on making sure the puppies our great. Best experience I have with buying a puppy.

Our entire experience with Premier Pups was amazing. Right from the start we found that the website was easy to navigate. What little questions we did have were answered right away by one of their employees over the phone. The offer process was easy for our Maltipoo Jacob and we honestly felt that we walked away with a steal. Just a side note.. We didn’t do the delivery. We chose to drive down from Buffalo and pick him up in person.

We got our teacup yorkie in January from Premier Pups. This is the 2nd puppy we have purchased, we got our morkie from Premier 2 years ago. Premier Pups makes the process of finding your pet so easy. They explain everything and follow up multiple times with you after you have brought your new pup home. We love our newest family member and couldn't be happier, I would highly recommend Premier Pups.

Premier Pups is an outstanding facility. Their staff is friendly and helpful. We traveled 400 miles to reserve our little guy. There is a high level of care for each and every puppy onsite. Highly recommended.

Puppy Name: Butterscotch, formerly Vince Breed Name: Cava Chon My wife and I chose our little cava chon in December 2018. he is now around 12 weeks old and is such a loving, healthy, happy and playful boy. His ability to learn is very good, his potty training has gone very well and he loves the snow as you can see in one of the photos. We did a lot of research before deciding on Premier Pups. The place is very professional, clean and wonderfully ran. The experience could not have been better. I would highly recommend them! 5-Stars!!!!!

We drove from Wisconsin to Ohio to get our Piper (formerly Lilou). She was well worth it! The process of getting her from payment to pick up was painless. The facility looked nice and clean. She is a healthy girl and were so in love with our new pup.
