Let me start by saying this is my first MAJOR online purchase from a company I was not familiar with. The reason I decided to go with this company was because I took my time and researched every detail and most of all their reviews we’re phenomenal. Everyone was so professional, courteous, patient, thorough, and most of all I felt like I could trust them during my first conversation, to inquire about their services. Although I spoke to many representatives I’d like to take this time to thank Ryan the most. He actually was the one to drop my puppy to my front door step. I originally opted to have Brooklyn (formerly known as Dolly) flown to my home but due to severe heat conditions it was much safer to have her dropped to my home. I had soooooooo many questions for them prior to purchasing her and never once did I feel rushed, or that I was aggravating anyone of the representatives. My puppy is a full breed Maltese and I love her so much. She is smart, energetic, adorable, AKC registered and well behaved. Brooklyn was sent home with a full care package containing food, medicine, and I also purchased the puppy play kennel which I highly recommend (and get the cover for the kennel as well). Brooklyn loves it. If I ever needed to purchase another puppy I wouldn’t think twice about purchasing from Premier Pups. Brooklyn went to the vet the very next day after I purchased her and her veterinarian said she’s in perfect health. They also provide the first set of shots for the puppy so all you need to do is pick up from where they left off and your good to go. Thank you Premier Pups for being one of the ONLY TRUSTED ONLINE PUPPY COMPANIES OUT THERE. I have heard of plenty of puppy online scamming companies but this definitely isn’t one of them. Everything that is advertised is exactly the way it is. Thank you so very much! I highly recommend Premier Pups to anyone looking to add a new furry addition to their families.

So many cute pups and a super responsive company! I asked questions about the parents, the breeding home, her health, and more. I've never "purchased" a puppy before (my previous two were rescues) but the experience left me feeling confident in my decision. We live in NY and flew in and out to grab her. One of their staff members even met us at the airport to ensure we had enough time. We fell in love the second we saw her. We've had our pup for a little over a week now and we can see new developments every single day!

We have had our little yorkie pup Beckham(now Brodie) about a week now and just love him! Premier Pups was helpful all along the way. Being able to meet our little guy through Facetime before buying was wonderful and it was love at first sight. I was worried to have my little guy shipped, but after no luck with shelter yorkies, being scammed by Craiglist ads, and outrageous breeder pricing, I was lucky enough to come across PremierPups and decided to give it a try. Brodie arrived safely and we were provided with all we needed. Thank you to PremierPups for our new family member!

Premier Pups has been excellent to work with. Before I purchased a puppy, they happily answered all my questions. I even had a phone conversation with them because I felt more secure purchasing a puppy from someone I had actually spoken to. In this conversation, I asked about the name of the vet who was treating their puppies. Then I contacted the vet and confirmed that Premier Pups was an ethnical, responsible, and loving breeder. Once I purchase the puppy, Premier Pups sent be a huge email with instructions. At first I was overwhelmed... wow... so much information. But I needed it all! As I experienced her being flown to me, picked up from the airport, and our first week together, I found myself going back to this detailed email several times. Almost every question I had was sitting right there. Premier Pups had made sure I knew how to handle every situation that might occur. Also, Premier Pups has texted me every couple of days checking on the puppy. This is so comforting. I have never had such a small puppy where I needed to worry about feeding her enough food to keep her sugar level. It was nice to know they were keeping up with how she was doing as she got adjusted to our home. A few times when I had a question, I would text them and always received a response. They were happy to take the time to answer my non-emergency questions, or to give me their opinion. Our family is in LOVE! Bambi has the best personality, and she is so smart! In the first week she has learned her name, already going to the door to go potty, she will dance for her treats. I have taken her to our vet for a check... they say she looks very healthy and happy. I 100% recommend Premier Pups!! They have made the experience of getting a new family puppy perfect! (Not to mention, their puppies are absolutely adorable!!)

I am in love with my new pup! I had researched breeds and determined we wanted a Cavapoo. I came across Premier Pups after searching for Cavapoo breeders. Initially, I had a lot of questions with Premier Pups being based in Ohio and the fact that we live in NJ. Every time I called to ask questions someone was there to speak to me or returned my call very quickly, sometimes almost immediately after I left my message. I had also been speaking with a more local breeder in PA and another company like Premier Pups that connects you with breeders. Hands down Premier Pups was the most knowledgeable and responsive so we stopped looking at puppies elsewhere and focused on them as a source. My initial questions we’re all about getting the pup. I needed to understand the flight process. Would I really get a pup on a plane without ever meeting it? I had to get my brain to reset that I would choose the pup from photos and videos and that we wouldn’t meet it before deciding on one. I think because the staff at Premier Pups was so helpful and knowledgeable that I was able to get past those uncertainties and continue the process. My next round of questions was around choosing the pup. This came down to my personal preference, but I knew I what I wanted in my Cavapoo from my own research. I sorted through the photos of the pups that were available when we were ready to receive one, asked questions about the parents and litter, and based on these facts and photos (I also paid the $25 fee to get a video sent of the puppy were focused on), we finally chose our pup. I had a very specific timeline for being able to receive the puppy so due to my inflexibility, I had to pay the extra priority shipping fee to chose my date and time. I paid an extra $100 to be able to choose my date but this was totally necessary for me. It was an extremely hot summer day in NJ when our pup was to fly so there was a last minute flight change to keep her safe. The puppies are flown on cargo planes that are temperature and pressure controlled and you have to pick them up at the cargo arrival desk at your airport. All that would be fine but our flight experienced delays, none of which were Premier Pups fault but nerve racking nonetheless as we were already anxious about the flight. Our pup arrived after 10 pm and the cargo pick up almost closed so I caution you to find out details of your airlines cargo hours if your pup has a late arrival. Premier Pups was in constant contact with the cargo representatives so we could be sure to get our puppy that night. Our pup is everything we hoped for. She’s sweet and adorable and has the greatest personality. That’s all you can really ask for, right? It took a few days for her to adjust but my many phone calls and texts for help and questions were answered immediately and I received great tips and recommendations. It is very important to follow their protocol and not get deterred by vets or trainers. I brought my pup to my vet the next day and they tried to change the feeding schedule Premier Pups sent. It didn’t work and sticking hard core to their instructions was what ultimately helped our pup adjust. I cannot emphasize enough that they know their pups and breeders and are so knowledgeable about the process. Listen to what they recommend. Their expertise along with our healthy, fabulous pup is why I give a 5 star review! In this review I tried to be honest about the process so anyone uncertain about getting a pup from far away will know that the people at Premier Pups are awesome and helpful and available!!!! Everyone who has met our pup is in love with her and now all want to know about where and how we got her. I highly recommend Premier Pups as a source for your new puppy. We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful fur baby who has already brought so much love into our home.
