Customer service and guarantee are outstanding!!! We picked a toy poodle pup back in May that did not pass their final vet inspection. Mike (the owner) did not want to send us a puppy that was going to be sick or need medical care. He personally contacted me to apologize and make sure we were taken care of. We got the first pick from another littler and love our new adorable toy poodle! You can tell he came from a good home because he is so friendly to everyone and has been very easy to train. This company really cares about taking care of their puppies and their customers. They do so much to make sure that you are informed on how to care for the puppy. I would recommend their services to anyone else. Thank you!!!

We spent a lot of time doing our research for a Mini Goldendoodle. We read lots of Premier Pups reviews, called the company a couple of times, got all of our questions answered, and then hit "Purchase" on the puppy we thought would be a great fit for our family. It felt weird to purchase a puppy online, but the staff eased our concerns by spending so much time answering all our questions. Our puppy's flight had to be rescheduled, (due to high heat), and then his initial flight was delayed. During this entire time, the staff texted us to inform us of flight information. The entire process was absolutely seamless for us - even with all the "glitches" b/c Premier Pups took care of everything SO well. They even texted us a picture of our puppy right before he flew so we could see what he looked like that day. That was SO special, and increased our excitement to meet him!!! We have had our puppy for over 2 weeks now, and everything has been exactly the way we were told it would be. The preventative medication was easy to administer, and Premier Pups called us periodically to see how the transition was going. I was able to ask questions I had "wonderings" or concerns about ... they even helped me with the potty training. Premier Pups excels at customer service, and we have gotten everything we have asked for through this major purchase. Our puppy is exactly what we thought (and were told) we were getting. I had the most amazing experience with Premier pups. I have never imagined getting a dog online would be such a lovely experience. They were super attentive and available while I had questions or concerns during and after I got my puppy. Once my puppy came the first week, someone from premier pups called me almost everyday just to make sure he and I were doing just fine together and getting acclimated. Since then I just feel so happy and thankful for choosing premier pups bc I’m just so pleased with Milo and with the service and professionalism they provide. If i ever decide to get another dog in addition to the family i will for sure be using them again. Thank you so so much.

My son has been asking for a mini golden doodle for about a year now. After much thought and research we decided to get our puppy from Premier Pups. From start to finish Premier Pups made every one of our needs easy. We just got our adorable little girl yesterday and she is so wonderful. Not only did my 9 year son fall instantly in love so did my entire family. I thank everyone at Premier for being so efficient, knowledgeable, and caring.

We absolutely love our teacup Pomeranian puppy from Premier Pups! She is so affectionate and well-socialized, and she instantly bonded with our older Pomeranian at home. She hardly ever barks which is unusual for a Pomeranian— she’s just incredibly content and doesn’t spook at strange noises or new surroundings. The Premier Pups facility is gorgeous and everyone we worked with was very professional. I can’t imagine going on waitlists with breeders after our awesome experience here. Worth every penny.

I have bought about 4 dogs total for myself and family members through premier pups. They are simple amazing. They truly care about their little pups and the families receiving their dogs. They are very accommodating to your needs always fast to reply to your questions or concerns as well. You won’t go wrong going through this company.

I can't say enough good things about Premier Pups. We selected a cavapoo, who's name is now Coconut and she is the absolute light of our lives. She came perfectly healthy, and the whole process made us feel at ease. She truly is the sweetest little bear, with the best disposition. LOVES people and all dogs. She is truly the best loyal little friend I could ever ask for :)

Premier pups made our experience of purchasing our pomsky amazing. Every question I had was answered quickly. Our puppy arrived safely and he had everything he needed to make a successful transition into our home. Ordering a puppy online can be scary but I will most definitely recommend premier pups to anyone who wants to purchase a well taken care of puppy!

I really wanna thanks to premier pups because i recently purchased a cute puppy (🐶hunter) and he is doing really great and hunter is very healthy n active. If anyone to buy a puppy I really recommend premier pups . Please trust me these guys are really good. My 4 years old son , me n my whole family really enjoyed with hunter . He is soooooo:) cute🐶😘.

The level of attention to details is great even follow emails and calls you can tell they care about the pups and that they just aren’t in it for a quick buck
