We received pup year ago. By plane it was easy process. Puppy was healthy and playful. She is full grown now 6 pounds. Super smart and learns everything so fast. 100%recommend. Thank you Premier pups!!!

Absolutely fantastic experience. We found our little Pomeranian on Premier Pups and were skeptical about the entire process because we were in Florida. Premier Pups was the only service that answered all of our questions day and evening about our purchase. They explained everything provided us with medical updates and future instructions. The end result is the most loving, healthy and amazing Pomeranian ever. Her 1st doctors visit was A+ Bill of Health!!! Thank you again to all the staff at Premier Pups.

Really impressed by premier pups. We had just been scammed on Craigslist in Arizona so we were a little weary about buying from out of state. Our little Morkie, (previously named Danica) in the first year, She has taken her place in our home and our hearts! Her name is now Bella, it was Gabby for a week, however too close to name of our middle four legged child Maggie, so renamed Bella 😁. Cannot imagine life without her now!!! Thank you!

I dont normally post reviews but it almost seem's impossible not to! Alyssa our Pomsky pup was born March 10 and arrived to us near end of May. At first I was a bit skeptical weather or not to contact this company due to hearing many frauds online from other companies but not from Premier Pups! They did an excellent job responding on time, excellent on sending videos (which made me feel comfortable) and even helped our precious pup arrive safely from Ohio to Arizona! Even after her arrival they would call and text to ensure she was doing well. With the provided medication and extra tips Alyssa has been our greatest investment to kick off our little family! She is now 6 months, healthy, playful, and such a loveable little thing. Thank you Premier Pups for being such a trustworthy company. Also to the team, Thank you for all your help and support.

Premier Pups is a rare gem in today's society. Their customer service is unparalleled. I am a counselor and I am incorporating animal assisted interventions in my practice. This requires a puppy be temperament tested prior to reservation. I live in Florida, so that complicates things. NOPE! The team worked with me and we got it done. This gave me the assurance I was getting the right puppy for the needs of my practice and that he too would enjoy the work in his future. This team of professionals, Kacee, Dan, and Jacob, truly care about their customers and pups and are a pleasure to do business with. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

From Lacie going above and beyond on her days off to text me with figuring out flights to the rest of the staff continuing to check in with me. They are absolutely wonderful! I was very leery getting a dog so far away from where I live. Premier Pups was great about walking me through the process and answering questions. Even when I had a small issue when the pup arrived Premier was great about helping getting things resolved for Zoey Bean. Would absolutely purchase another pup from Premier again.

We are so incredibly grateful to Premier Pups for helping us choose our Teddy Bear. We have had our Jaxson (formerly Russell) for a year now and we couldn’t be happier, he has made our lives so much better. The whole process was stress free, they answered all our questions and sent us home with everything we needed to start making our new fur baby feel right at home and even checked in on us to make sure all was going well. If we ever decide to add another pet to our family, they will definitely be our 1st choice.

When we received our puppy from Premier Pups we were amazed at all the great information, products for our new puppy, and follow up help they provided. We had never gone through an reservation like this before but had terrific recommendations for Premier Pups from friends. Our Abbey is the perfect dog and companion and brings us so much joy!
