Bought my dog chip from there a few years ago very pleased with their service

I got my 1st puppy, Chloe, from premier pups and I'm glad I did! She is the light of my life, the best personality! They were very helpful and gave me security that my pup was in good health by having a vet check her out before I got her. Their website is also very informative and allowed me to choose exactly what I wanted. I'll definitely get my next pup from them!

He is such a love and I can't imagine my life without him. Being an out of state customer was a little scary, but everything went off without a hitch. I got my baby cavapoo Gucci from Premier Pups in Oct 2020 and had the most brilliant experience working with them. I was initially worried about going through the process online especially during Covid times, but they were extremely responsive, supportive, and patient as I asked lots of questions before making my final decision. They continued to check in with me even after Gucci arrived and got settled. I could tell they truly cared for the welfare of their puppies and that meant so much to me! Gucci is turning 1 this month, and I couldn’t imagine my life without him. Thank you Premier Pups!

From the moment we purchased “Butterscotch” ; now known as “Sasha” (sometimes referred to as “Sasha Fierce”), PP walked us through the reservation and transition processes. They aided us in anything we asked about from the pickup, administering the meds, her potty cycle, to sleeping. On pickup day, we were running late due to traffic and they stayed to make sure we could take her home that day. Moving forward, they checked on her for about a week to make sure the transition was going well; the provided a best when she out grew the original one and called her on her first birthday! We highly recommend because they showed us they really care about the pups and the families that reserve them

I reserved Rone (previously named Tuscan) from Premier Pups in October of 2020. Like many others, I was a first time pet owner driven to make the covid puppy reservation. The process was incredibly seamless! The amount of communication prior to pick up and even weeks and months after Rone came home made me feel incredibly confident as a first time owner. Rone has been an amazing addition to mine and my families life, and he always receives high praises from my vet for being an extremely healthy pup. Looking back at his baby pictures definitely gives me puppy fever, and if I ever get another puppy it will for sure be from premier pups!

We got our havanese from Premier Pups a year ago today and had the best experience between picking her up and then checking in on her every so often. She’s such a sweet girl and a great addition to our family, thank you Premier Pups!

Scally arrived on 10/26. A bit overwhelming as a first time dog owner family.... but the access to questions and concerns is very comforting as we want Scally to be as happy and healthy as possible. We love him soo much already! Best decision!

Very professional breeders in rural Ohio. The follow up on the purchase and the overall experience have been wonderful.

We got April (Zoe) a Cavachon puppy a year ago for our daughter’s 15th birthday. They did everything posible to send her on the exact day of her birthday which was a big surprise for our daughter. Communication went smoothly and after we got her they follow up to make sure she was doing ok and provided instruction for her care. At first we were hesitant to buy a puppy online but at the end we were happy we did. Zoe is a very healthy, playful and adorable puppy. She brought so much joy to our family.

Archie, our Poochon has become a wonderful part of our family. We purchased him as a companion dog for our teenage son who has a seizure disorder and this little puppy was truly heaven sent. The first day he came home my son had already been having seizures and this puppy sat right with him. From that day on when my son has a seizure, Archie no matter where he is in the house will run to him and comfort him. We love Archie and are so happy with Premier Pups. They worked with us and stayed in contact with us through the entire purchase process and well after we came home. Archie just had his one year old birthday and what a nice surprise it was to hear from Premiere Pups, contacting us to see how Archie is doing... This speaks volumes! We can't say enough!!!

We are celebrating the one year anniversary of getting our Pouchon pup from Premier Pups. We could not be happier. We received information throughout the process from PP. They were informative about how the pups were cared for. We received an adorable video of the pup we chose, Precious. She arrived healthy and happy and friendly. We received EXTENSIVE directions regarding feeding and caring for her including puppy (hard and soft) prefilled syringes of Karo syrup and vitamins. We got a call from her vet 3 days after her arrival, again a week after her arrival and 3 weeks checking on her. You can tell she was loved before she came to us. She has brought so much love and joy to put family. She is now called Trillium.

We purchased our Cavapoo puppy in October of 2020 from their website and we couldn’t be happier with our dog Muncy! Premier Pups were very helpful, kind and professional and they kept in touch with us through every step of the process down to the delivery of our puppy. We received all of the paperwork from them along with other items we purchased. I would and have strongly recommended to my friends to purchase their puppy from Premier Pups. If I was looking for another puppy, I would definitely go through Premier Pups again. My family thanks Premier Pups for providing us with a cherished member of our family!

We had been looking for a dog for quite awhile before coming to Premier Pups. We came upon a beautiful cavachon puppy and simply fell in love. Bella,(formally Annette) has been a joy and makes us laugh every single day. She is such a happy loving puppy. Premier Pups was there every step of the way checking up and asking questions.
