I reserved Pandora (Dora) formerly Astrid about a year ago now. She is a mini goldendoodle and is amazing to finally have the dog I have dreamed about for so long. I can not say enough about her personality and temperament. She is a bit sassy and so smart, it actually gets to be funny when she does commands before you tell her. When it comes to the experience of getting her, I live within 6 hours of premier pups so I did not have her shipped but rather did drive and pick her up directly from them. We got their super early in the morning actually even before they opened partly out of excitement and partly thinking traffic might be worse than it was. Dealing with Premier Pups Pros: Super responsive, I was able to get video's sent of her after the deposit was paid, the on call vet was amazing and they did answer no matter the time, the instructions are super clear and easy to follow, they really call and check up on you constantly after bringing her home. I took her to the first vet visit within a week of getting her home and she was perfectly healthy. Cons: Dealing with them honestly there wasn't one, however with my dog's health we have had some MINOR issues. I bought pet insurance same day I got her basically and I have used it. She apparently has a proclivity to ear infections and was a terrible eater, had some digestive issues that switching food seemed to resolve. Her ears the vet mentioned we will be fighting probably her whole life as she keeps getting yeast infections in them :( Overall without a doubt I would and have 100% recommended Premier Pups to anyone who asks me about her. Where I got her, am I happy with her etc. Experience was easy, they were super helpful and check in and truly care about their pups, I was even reached out to around her birthday to see how everything was going with her. Our second reservation. Neighbors have also reserved from Premier Pups (4 in the last year). They’ve all been healthy (except 1 case of Giardia). I’ve been pleased with their staff and policies. Good selection and temperaments have also been great.

We have had an awesome experience with reserving our furboy from Premier Pups. From the beginning of the process (11/2020) to picking him up at the airport has been great with NO issues. They followed up every step of the way and even almost a year later with his birthday being Sunday. Our boy is awesome with our girls 8 and 12. He is very calm and sweet with my 2 month old grandson and 2 year old nephew. We have NO complaints!

If reserving a puppy over the Internet seems a bit … scary? … to you, well it felt that way to us too! Fortunately, Premier Pups was fantastic. Our havachon puppy, now ten months old, is in terrific health and is such a sweetheart. I would recommend them to anyone.

I reserved my pup a little leas than a year ago and it was the best decision i ever made! My experience was hassle free and very enjoyable. Premier Pups helped me every step of the way to reservation and even after. I’m extremely grateful for this company. They gave me my life long best friend!

I found my sweet Julep (aka Juju) on Premier Pups and I just had to have her. As my first puppy, I was so reliant on PP with all the details and attention that was needed. They were fast to respond, always accommodated any questions or asks quickly and to the flight arrangement and providing Juju safe and healthy to me - they led with nothing but ease. Juju is a joy to have and I can’t imagine my life without her! Thank you PP for being so legit!!!! 👍

Buying my puppy from Premier Pups was such a good experience! They have so many wonderful puppies to choose from! They were very helpful and quick to answer any questions that I had before making my decisions. The process was very easy to follow. Once our puppy arrived they provided lots of follow up to ensure that everything was going smoothly! We love our new addition and couldn’t be happier!

We reserved a Morkie (Baxter) from PP and it was a wonderful experience. Like so many others, we reserved a pup during the quarantine and it was the BEST decision. Reservation and pickup was super easy - constant and clear emails/texts. Our pup was brought to us in our car (BTW - the grounds of PP is lovely and super clean) and we have been in love with our little guy ever since we picked him up on Nov 11 even with our 2 hour drive each way. Our Morkie is absolutely wonderful - he has changed our lives! My husband even calls me during the day and asks what Baxter is doing. PP was so great - they checked in with us each day after we got Baxter. They were SO helpful and answered ALL of my questions. Baxter was super small around 3 lbs when we got him so we were so nervous - but we followed all the protocol that PP gave us and it was perfect- they really know their stuff. I would highly recommend Premier Pups. We also have a golden retriever from another breeder and there is a huge difference - our Morkie from PP is a much better breed.

I got Zeus on October 2020 from Premier Pups and my life has changed since then. Prior to having him we were scammed on our first attempt in reserving a pup. So we were really careful. We thought we would take a break first but after a week my boyfriend found Benjamin (his old name) from Premier Pups and suddenly sparked a connection with him. Same day we made sure to secure him and had him scheduled to delivered to us in Jersey. He was 2 months old when we met him. Premier Pups did a great job in communicating everything you need to know As a first time puppy parent. The day that we receive him he came with a package of the details that we need to know his medical information, shots taken, and any type of medication he would need as a puppy. They also gave me a call once a week for the next 3 to 4 weeks to make sure how I was doing as a first time for parent. I love how it didn’t feel that I was walking blindly taking care of my baby boy. And that I was being guided by a professional to make sure that I am giving the best possible experience and care for my pup. I would highly recommend Premier Pups!!! Zeus just turned One and they made sure to reach out just to check up on him. 🥰

We would highly recommend Premier Pups. We reserved our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel from them in Sept 2020. She just turned one. She's a joy! All of our communication with PP was professional. They sent us home with everything we needed to start a great relationship with our Miss Charlytte (PP name Queenie).

We got Winston (formerly Baron) one year ago. Premier Pups made it very easy. They sent me a video before I made the purchase and followed up with me several times his first week home to make sure he was adjusting ok and to answer any questions I may have. They even reached out on his birthday to ask for pictures and wish him a happy birthday. We couldn’t be happier with Winston and would definitely use Premier Pups again. He has been a fabulous addition to our family. He loves everybody he meets! People stop me all the time to ask where I got him.

I had a great experience with Premier Pups! In the last 2 years I have ordered 2 Pomsky puppies and have been treated exceptionally, from communication to customer service. If I was to do it again, I would 100% go through them again.

I was “just looking” on Premier Pups when I saw Clancy. His little face was too cute to say no to (still is!). I reserved him in early November, picked him up from LAX a few weeks later, which was SUCH a breeze! The whole process was! Premier Pups made me so glad I went through a reputable source. They are exceptionally professional, helpful, and Clancy is very healthy which obviously you never know what you’re getting with ‘the other guys’. Everyone who meets Clancy loves him. I’m definitely going to have a Cavalier my whole life. 🥰

Highly recommend Premire Pups! Me and my wife are first time dog owners and knew nothing about dogs in general. The staff at Premiere Pups were very helpful in guiding us and getting through the first week. They provided us with medications and food that our pup needed. If you are looking to buy a pup, look no further.

I absolutely love premier pups! I live in Texas and had to have my puppy, Sis, flown to me. Premier pups made everything so simple. They stayed in constant communication with me. She arrived safely and came with all her shot records. Customer service was definitely beyond what I expected. I highly recommend purchasing your forever fur baby from them.
