Everything went exactly as planned! We received our puppy from premier pups from the airport and took him home, followed the detailed instructions that came with Pharro and fed him the meds provided with the instructions. A year later our shipoo puppy weighs 13.9 pounds. The weight estimate the they gave us was 12lbs to 15lbs! We love our dog from premier pups, our experience couldn’t have been better! Thanks Guys!

I loved this breeding service! I got a Pomeranian, her name is Mia (Previously Whitney). The website is so easy to use, there are a variety of different breeds to choose from. Any questions I had were answered in detail and I never had to wait long to hear back. The process was beyond simple. Communication was constant. I asked for pictures through out the waiting period and would receive them within the day or two. They checked in on my pup up to a week, answering any questions or concerns I may have had. I had no trouble getting into contact with them even after the 7-day adjustory period. My pup was flown to me, to Hayward, pick up was fast and done with ease. I recommend this service to anyone looking to buy a pup, I have some family that went through Premier Pups as well && have nothing but good things to say about them as well. 10/10!

When I saw Macaroni on Premier Pups site…. I tried to resist be I couldn’t. And I am so happy I didn’t! The transaction to reserve and receive Mac was seamless. I was so impressed with the service provided pre delivery and post. I got several calls in the weeks following Macs delivery to see how we were adjusting. Mac just turned one and I received a text checking on him and asking for an update and photos. Macaroni has been a great addition to my life and has become our office mascot. He is such a happy boy and he brings smiles to so many.

I am SO glad I went to Premier Pups to get my puppy. They were incredible responsive, helpful, professional, and most of all, kind! My family got a dog from Premier Pups and had a wonderful experience, so when it came time to get my own dog, I knew where I wanted to go. I expressed interest on getting a specific puppy, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, from them and they got back to me that same day. I think I had purchased + set my pickup date by the very next day! My puppy unfortunately had some issues keeping down food/wanting to eat at first, but Premier Pups was there every step of the way. I was able to call and text with a person dedicated to helping me and that made the stress of having a puppy who didn’t want to eat a little easier. They truly care about all of their dogs and I could tell my puppy was well-socialized and taken care of before I finally got to call him my own. Premier Pups is a wonderful place and I am SO grateful they gave me my little “David” (now named Moose)❤️He is going to be a year old this week and Premier Pups still hasn't forgotten about him! They reached out this week to wish him a happy birthday and ask how he was doing - I think that truly shows how much they care! Amazing experience with Premier Pups!! Beau is a wonderful addition to our home! So tiny and sweet. Gets along with our children and our other pups! Such a happy guy! Premier pups was there for us the entire time! Always checking up and making sure Beau was adjusting well and that we were doing okay! They were available 24/7 if we had any questions or concerns! Was such a phenomenal experience!! Would not go anywhere else in the future!

I reserved my baby Kingston a F1b Cockapoo from Premier pups last November. I was recommended to them by a coworker who reserved her Maltipoo pup from there a few months prior. The process easy, I received all the feeding and medication instructions and they called to check on my new pup a few times. I brought Kingston home when he was 2months old and this Friday he will be a year old. It has been a joy to have him. I would definitely recommend reserving a pup from Premier.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and professionalism from Premier Pups. From beginning to end they were super helpful and responsive to all my questions. Our puppy was delivered healthy and on schedule. Merlin will be a year old this month and a beloved member of the family.

Excellent experience in getting our dog Molly and could not be happier. Especially since we had a scam purchase before this. This is the agency to purchase a puppy from if you want a healthy good puppy.

I looked into many different companies when purchasing my puppy. Premier Pups was the most professional, responsive and all around awesome! I was able to get photos of her, video, weight/info on her parents which made the experience easy and comfortable. The most important part is that Yoshi is the BEST PUPPY!!! Her personality is wonderful and Premier Pups obviously paid attention to breeding and care for their amazing puppies. I'd HIGHLY RECCOMEND them!!!

We have purchased three yorkies through the years from premier pups. They were all healthy and wonderful additions to our family. We always got immediate responses when we had any questions or concerns. We knew when we got Holly last fall, she would be beautiful and healthy. I would recommend premier pups to anyone.

Well I am one of those people who couldn't get through the pandemic without reserving a puppy. His name is Jaxson and he turns one year this month. Premier Pups was great to work with both in selecting my new friend and in helping me care for him after he came home. Jaxson weighed just 3.6 lbs when he came to my home and Premier was a huge help in providing a starter kit to get him off to a good start. I had a little trouble getting Jaxson to eat and Premier texted and called me several times to check on him and offer tips on his care. Now Jaxson is a friendly, bouncy 12 pounder who doesn't meet a stranger. He passed his first Vet visit with flying colors and is favorite at the groomers. Very glad I chose Premier Pups for my pup.

We got our Cavapoo Scotch from Premier Pups last November. He is almost a year old and has been the most amazing dog! Premier Pups was very helpful throughout the process and they were very responsive and constantly checking in on Scotch. We have recommended many others get their dog from Premier Pups as well since we had such a good experience

Our dogs are members of our family so choosing the right company was important.I have acquired all three of my boys from Premier Pups and every time they did not disappoint in any aspect. Their service, follow up, education, and helpfulness is phenomenal. Any questions or concerns I had with my pups were answered right away. They give detailed instructions on your pick up day and follow you for the first week. My boys are in great health and their vet was impressed with the shots they came with during their first visit after arriving home. My boys all had a DNA test and they all were clear of any common ailments for their breeds. I recommend Premier Pups to anyone who asks where to find a puppy that they can trust. My oldest just turned 1, next is 9 months old, and the baby is 5 months old.

Premier Pups was incredible with our new fur baby. Our cavapoo Pickle (originally Romeo) came to us right before Thanksgiving. With 2020 being pure crazy, this was something for us to be thankful for. I was apprehensive about buying a pup online, but I fell in love with “Romeo’s” pictures (what a fitting name) and *had* to have him. Premier answered every single one of my crazy questions, (there were a million) and sent me so many pictures throughout the process. I never felt like I was being left hanging, or waiting to hear back. I absolutely loved the ability to make an offer regarding pricing, and I loved that instead of flat out denial for the offer being too low, they called me and worked with me to find a price point that fit. Their site said 1-7 days to process the offer, but I only had to wait about an hour to find out he was ours. Honestly, now that we have him, he was worth so much more. Pickle has been home with us for a week. He is so well adjusted and so wonderful. After the pickup, I sent Premier a thank you email and was quite touched that the owner took the time to respond to me about it. It seems like they have a handful of staff members, who are all pulling their weight (and probably more) in amazing ways to get these puppies to their forever families. I loved that during my initial call, it was clear they’d done a background check on me — they really care where their puppies are going! Overall I felt the process was about as close to face-to-face as it could be, even during the pandemic. I got more communication out of Premier, three hours away, than I did with a breeder in my home state, just a couple miles away from our home. 1,000/10 would recommend to anyone who would listen. UPDATE: one year later and Pickle is still in perfect health, with a sunny disposition! We’ll be back soon!

I never thought we would find the perfect puppies but her we are, 10 months after picking up our favorite fur babies, enjoying their first birthday! After searching for many months, I found premier pups. I was hesitant at first to make a purchase online for puppies across the country. Dan and the entire staff made sure to answer all of my many questions (and millions of phone calls) and made sure I was comfortable with everything! It was such an amazing experience and we couldn’t imagine more perfect puppies!

My family found Premier Pups to be professional and very attentive and caring. It has been a great experience dealing with them and we definitely give them our highest recommendation! We love our Premier Pup, Ellie, and she is an integral part of our family!
