We bought our Cavalier King Charles (Benny) through Premier pups. After almost being scammed by another online website, I was a little skeptical but Premier Pup was very professional and quick to answer any questions we had. I was able to schedule a FaceTime and see “Benny”. That made us feel more confident that we were in the right place. From start to end, Premier Pups made everything very easy. It’s been a year since we got Benny and we couldn’t be happier. We totally recommend them if you are looking to get a new family addition.

We were very pleased with our experience with Premier Pups. We LOVE our Jackie-O (aka JoJo). She is a 1 year old Morkie that we got as a puppy last Oct. She has been such a blessing to our family! I would definitely recommend Premier Pups for your next fur baby❤️

We reserved Olive from Premier Pups and couldn’t be happier with our pup and experience! From the start, their responsiveness and professionalism were outstanding. They sent videos, extra toys when the one she was sent with (and attached to) needed replacing, follow up emails, texts, and calls. They really want to be sure their pups and families are happy and doing well together. Would definitely reserve through Premier Pups again!

At first we were skeptical about purchasing a puppy online, sight unseen, but after doing some research and reading reviews, we decided to go for it. The whole process was professional, and the staff at Premier Pups was always responsive. We live in Oregon and had our Havanese puppy flown to us using the VIP package. We were sent a video of her prior to her departure and received her travel itinerary with tracking so I could track her every move. She arrived safe and sound with her starter kit. Premier Pups communicated with us after she arrived to make sure everything was ok. They even did a follow up with us to make sure everything was still ok and to answer any questions we may have had. Our Marli (formerly Estela) just turned 1 year old on 8/13/21 and we couldn’t be any happier. I would 100% use Premier Pups again and have referred family members to them.

It's hard when you research breeders online to know if they are reputable; really care for their pups; and will follow through as promised. I can say Premier Pups delivered on all 3, and not only that, they exceeded expectations. They carefully navigate you through everything you need to know being new puppy parents including follow-up messages the days and weeks after you bring your puppy home to make sure they are adjusting well and see if you need anything. Our cavapoo puppy just turned 1 and is still doing amazing. Highly recommend Premier Pups. 🐶🙂

If you are looking for a furbaby, I highly recommend PremierPup. I was able to speak to a representative, very responsive. They sent me a video of my puppy too. When they send you the puppy, it will come with a crate, food, bed and medicine. I loved the fact that at my puppy 1 year birthday, they contacted me to wish her a happy birthday. They take pride in making sure their puppies are well taken care of. They followed up with me a few weeks after I received her to check up on her.

They are super accommodating and friendly, they have great communication, they answer questions 24/7, the buying process is seamless, and most of all......the puppies are as advertised, healthy, happy, and well cared for!! When we decided to reserve our little furbaby, we decided to try Premier Pups. Process was very easy and they followed up via phone calls several times. They also provided emails with what to do each step from receiving our puppy. Now my little Sage is a year old and do not know how we lived without her. If we decide to get Sage a sister/brother, we will definitely go through premier pups again.

We have acquired two adorable F1 cockatoos from Premier Pups. The service has been top notch and they reach out several times to make sure everything is going great as the pups get used to their new home. Our oldest is now 1 year old and he is the absolute best dog ever! The youngest is 5 months and she is one her way to becoming a role model as well! We have had no health issues with either pup and our local vet said both were in excellent health on their first visit. Next time we are in the market we will for sure use this company again!!

They were caring and responsive and guided me through the process of being a puppy parent. I love my little puppy as he turned out to be an angel. He just turned one yesterday. If I had to do it again I would most likely choose premier pups. Thank you!

We purchased a Cavapoo puppy from Premier Pups in October 2020. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. This was our first family pet. They answered all of our questions and gave us some good tips. I highly recommend Premier Pups to anyone who is thinking about becoming a dog owner.

We spent months looking for a miniature golden doodle puppy in the state of Florida. We gave up getting one until we vacationed in Ohio and were told about Premier Pups. What a wonderful experience! They covered every angle of getting us and our new puppy ready for the transition. She was flown into us with so much care and preparation!
