Thank you Premier Pups for telling Bear(Gatsby) Happy Birthday. He has been a great addition to our family. He is healthy, playful and very loving. He is very social and loves visiting with all the other dogs in the neighborhood each day on his walks. Premier Pups were very easy to work with . They answered all my questions and sent pictures and videos of Bear before we could come pick him up. That was the hardest part of the process, waiting for him to be old enough to bring home. Since Bear was so small when we brought him home they helped with how to feed him and care for him. It’s not like a lot of places, once your out the door you never hear from them again . We are thinking about getting a playmate for Bear, if we do it will definitely be from Premier Pups .

We decide to add Brutus to our family during quarantine. We were incredibly impressed with the level of communication we received from the very beginning. We were sent home with a detailed set of directions of what Brutus would need at such a young age. Premiere pups checked in with us to see how the little pup was adjusting and was excellent at answering all of our questions. We had such an enjoyable experience we are now looking to possibly add a little friend for Brutus to play with.

Gus (Vance) is doing great!; he's almost on all dry food after only 3 days; he’s very active and runs outside with his ‘big brother’ Loki; our 25# frenchbo, and jumps up on him and bugs him until Loki jumps up on a couch in his one couch bed so Gus can’t get him. :-). Gus is very curious and loves to play with the squeaker squirrel we got him, plus a couple of the balls. He’s really gotten the hang of potty training too; doing very well. Premier Pups is the greatest reservation center!, all the information we need to make a successful transition with our pup and contact by phone easy!

The reservation process with Premier Pups couldn't have been better! I reserved Birkin (previously known as McLovin) and received him on September 26th. Premier Pups guided us throughout the journey and even followed up with phone calls to check up on us and see how we’re doing. It was a great experience. Premier Pups went above and beyond, especially with guiding us on how to properly care for our new teacup pup. Birkin has brought so much happiness into mine and my family’s lives. I can’t wait for all the new memories we’ll make. Whenever I take Birkin out, people always stop to take pictures or ask where I got him from. To be honest I am not sure how we came across Premier Pups, but it was the best thing that ever happened to us. Upon seeing Beau's (formally Leo) little face we knew he was the one for our family. After witnessing a family member have a bad experience elsewhere, we were extremely skeptical about reserving a puppy (one that we had never met) online. Throughout the entire process, pre - during - and post reservation, the staff at Premier Pups truly gave us the premier experience. My favorite part was their eagerness and grace in answering all of our calls and texts. Requesting photos, videos and updates was easy and there was always a quick turn-around. Post reservation we were shocked at how amazing they were as well. It was very clear to us that this was not just a transaction to them. Becoming a parent is hard, but Premier Pups made this so easy and allowed us to just focus on giving Beau as much love and care as we possibly can. As far as Beau goes, he is great. He has adapated quickly to his new home and we know that it is due to Premier Pups expertise and care. John, Lacey, Roger and EVERYONE at Preimer Pups - thank you. We are excited to have many referred Preimer Pups friends for Beau in the near future.

We got Ellis from Premier Pups and the experience has been awesome! They were super helpful in the first couple weeks of ownership when we had a 100 questions and Ellis is just the most wonderful, loving little cavapoo Highly recommend using them - very efficient and smooth delivery - totally worth it !
