We had such a great experience with Premier Pups! We got Smokey our Bernedoodle from them Thanksgiving 2020, they were great communicators, I felt the travel arrangements were very good and safe during COVID. We really wanted Smokey but his pick up date was a week that we could not make and they were great, worked with the breeder to extend two weeks. They checked on us each week for the first few answering any questions that we had and have continued to check in with us, even sending a happy birthday note to him on his first birthday. They are professional, organized and very caring about their puppy’s. Smokey is a great dog, very easy to train and great with other dogs and people. He is more of a ‘medium’ than a mini about 55 pounds at 1, but we think just more of him to love!

We got our puppy just as planned. We were very nervous doing everything online but, it was great! She is one year old today and we couldn’t imagine not having her as part of our family!

They were so helpful the entire time! I got my beloved Teacup Pomeranian from them, and the whole entire process they were absolutely amazing and helpful. Even first thing in the morning on his birthday they contacted us and said happy birthday! This company is so reliable and has amazing pets ❤️

We found our dream puppy at Premier Pups.. Our mini Bernedoodle has just turned a year and he is all the we hoped for. He is a fantastic family dog, loyal and playful and happy all the time. From the moment we picked Buddy, the steps of his arrival flight and subsequent follow up we all very we organized by the team at Premier Pups. They have followed up to check that he is still thriving and seem to truly care about all the animals they place. We would happily use them in the future if we are in need of another four legged family member!

We welcomed an 11-week Cavapoo puppy into our family in the Fall of 2020 with the help of Premier Pups. The process was easy from start to finish and our baby has been such a welcome addition to the family. He was almost potty trained when we brought him home and has the sweetest disposition. It was clear he had been well cared for and the Premier Pups team checked in regularly to make sure he was transitioning to his new home. It was a great experience!

Our Ausie-bichon frise, “Minnie” at one year old. Healthy, energetic,Obedient , loves her ball and fetch and treats! I think having her fly to New Mexico as a puppy got her used to traveling right off the bat because she’ll go on 4-6 Hour Dives with short breaks, without complaint!

We reserved our dog who was formerly known as "Ferguson". He is a happy and loving f1b cockapoo who is now turning 1. We were honestly pretty skeptical with reserving and having the dog shipped since we live in California and would not have been able to make the drive to Ohio. After reading some scary reviews of having a dog shipped, we decided to just go for it and I'm super happy that we did. At the time, there wasn't any video calling available to see the puppy. But we were able to get a video of him and thought he was the cutest thing. After what felt like a long wait, we were able to pick up our puppy from the airport and he was so cute in his little crate where he did come with a little toy that he still has till this day. He only peed in the crate a little bit, but had no other accidents in the crate while being on the plane. We also got him checked out by a vet right away and they mentioned that he was nice and healthy even after keeping an eye on him a few weeks after getting him. He is still healthy till this day and has not had any issues so far. We are so grateful for Premier Pups and how they also kept following up with us even after a few months of having Bane. Thank you Premier pups!!

Premier pups is the best! At first we were a bit hesitant because of the online process but they made it so smooth and gave us the perfect puppy! We got Leo at 8 weeks old and he just turned 1 in August. Premier pups was able to send videos and pictures of Leo before we got him and was able to answer all of our questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better dog!

We can’t say enough about Premier Pups! We have purchased 2 havanese pups from them & couldn’t be anymore happier with the services they offered. They made the whole purchase process very easy & we felt very comfortable throughout the whole process of purchasing our pups to picking them up! They are the loves of our lives!!! Thank you!!!

This was my first experience with Premiere Pups, and for all purposes, it won’t be the last!!! They are completely thorough, very receptive to questions concerns, even after you leave the premises with your new furbaby! They send you home with everything you could possibly need for your new puppy’s care, and call and check up on you and your pup frequently within the first few weeks!!
