Recently bought my havanese puppy from this website. Was skeptical at first about purchasing a puppy online but the process was easy and efficient. They called multiple times to check on my puppy and they were very professional. My havanese puppy is healthy and active!

Owner and staff were more than helpful and patient in answering my many questions about my puppy! Everything was well thought out and detailed in order to be most prepared for my puppies first day home. They were quick to respond to questions even after I brought my puppy home. Premier pups kept in contact with me constantly until my puppy was safe in my hands, they explained the process perfectly and assured the puppy was safe in a secure crate during delivery. I was amazed how much love they had for my puppy when they called a week later just to make sure he was adjusting properly to his new home. I purchased a female mini goldendoodle from premier pups 6 weeks ago. During the initial browsing process I reached out via email with several questions around scheduling a visit, pricing, and coat color. Each time, my query was responded to within 2 -5 minutes.  I was very impressed with the team's knowledge and quick response time. Even though this was an online purchase, I felt very comfortable with the process and the communication with the team helped me feel like this was a very personal experience. I initially was hesitant about making an offer on a puppy that I had not seen in person, but the agent said I was welcome to come see any of the puppies that were not purchased to get a feel for the breed and energy level of the puppy. He also talked me through the breeder partners and personality traits of the dog. The offer process online was very simple and straightforward. There was a very quick turnaround time/acceptance during this phase, and I had been in communication with the agents during this process to answer any questions I had. I also received immediate confirmation emails that my offer had been submitted. After my offer was accepted, I was contacted prior to purchase to schedule a pick up time, to ask if I had any questions prior to the day. I arrived at Premier Pups and felt very comfortable and taken care of throughout this process. It felt very personal and individualized. I felt very nervous prior to picking up this little puppy, as I was a first time puppy mom! I remember the agent going through each medicine and dosage and feeding recommendations, but that was such a blur, looking back. Thank goodness they also give you a chart of all of this written down! It was step by step instructions on what to do the next few days and weeks with the little puppy. I was given time to play with her and get a feel for her before asking if I had any additional questions or things I needed. As I mentioned, I am a first time dog mom. I showed up at Premier pups to pick up my little puppy with absolutely nothing to care for her and left with everything I needed: a training crate, a bag of toys, medicine, supply of food, harness, leash, and an associated vet and vet plan. Premier pups has thought of everything. Within the first week of picking up my puppy, premier pups followed up to ensure she was eating, and if I had any questions or concerns. I received additional calls within that first month to make sure I remembered to take her to the vet and again if I had any concerns or questions. After my supply of food ran out, I emailed a questions as I forgot which brand they recommended, and again had an answer within minutes, as well as recommendations where to purchase the food. Not only is their customer service top notch, but I am very pleased with the quality of the puppy. I have had her for a full 6 weeks, and she is extremely smart, almost fully house trained, knows how to sit, come, lay down, roll over, stay. She is energetic, playful, and affectionate. She even has started going to her crate on her own when she is tired, letting me know it is bedtime! I can't speak enough about this puppy and how happy I am with her disposition and temperament. She is always friendly, wanting to play with humans and puppies. I have had her around children as I have nieces and nephews, and she is very gentle with them, despite her high energy! I am also happy with her size, I wanted a smaller dog, thus why I chose a mini, and I know size cannot be guaranteed with these, but I'm happy thus far with how much she has grown, and so far appears to be tracking to the size I want. Furthermore, I am happy with my experience through the recommended vet. My first vet experience was seamless, I enjoyed having a recommended place to go, as it cut down research on my end, and it was reputable. Overall, I couldn't be more impressed with premier pups, the purchasing and pick up process, and the customer service. Thank you! I just adore my new puppy!

Had a really great experience getting our puppy from premier pups. I could tell he was healthy from the first moment I held him. The building was very clean and the staff was professional. They sent us home with everything we needed. I would definitely get my future pups from here and recommend them to my family and friends!

I am impressed with how the staff made sure to stay in contact and get updates on our puppy’s transition. The entire process from purchase to pickup was easy. The staff took time to explain all the paperwork to me. When we are ready for another addition we will absolutely go back to Premier Pups!

My family just purchased our new cavapoo puppy from Premisr pups! He is just perfect and we had a great experience with customer service. He came to us on the plane and seemed to be doing just fine when he arrived! Overall an excellent experience.

Howie is great! The pup was checked by my vet next day and is doing well happy and healthy. Service from premier was fine and the dog is adjusting well and eating like a champ.
