I’m so thankful to these guys...excellent customer service, following up, checking on the puppy every day...simply amazing. Got my baby boy a few weeks ago and both of us can not be happier. Will highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an adorable pup!

From start to finish this agency was amazing, we are absolutely in love with our little Frenchie! She arrived healthy, and blended right in with our family. I love how she came with all the necessary items for her first weeks transition!

My husband purchased a micro teacup Maltese for me for Christmas 2016. Our puppy was sick from the beginning. We had her to the vet numerous times. We found out in April 2017 that she had a liver shunt. Surgery for this is very expensive and we would have to take her to Virginia for the surgery. We could not afford to do this. The vet told us she would have a shorter life span. She passed away during the night. 08/08/2016-12/04/2018 Madison was a special puppy she brought joy not only to me but my husband and granddaughter also. She loved everyone that came to our house and she loved attention from everyone. Mike at Premier Pups contacted us yesterday. He is replacing my puppy with another puppy. Free of charge to us. He has taken the new puppy to the vet for blood work and tests to make sure everything is good. Mike has went above and beyond helping to heal our broken hearts. We will always love and miss Madison, and I’m sure this new puppy will fill our lives with love and joy. Thank you Mike for all That you’ve done for us. We are very happy with our new golden doodle. Our 4 pawed friend is the cutest thing on earth and we are happy for the support and easy instructions from premier pup. The instructions between dog trainers, vets and premier pup are sometimes controversial but the average consensus should work for everybody. Premier pup followed up with us to assure that our new puppy is doing well.

I purchased my puppy about a month ago and I have Deniro(used to be Dustin) now for a week, and let me tell you this puppy changed my life, and I couldn’t thank premier pups more. I have been looking for the perfect puppy for years and have felt so hesitant on ordering such a expensive dog online with all the scams but this was not the case with premier pups! They are top of the line with every step of the process in reserving your new puppy! From the detailed Emails to the phone calls checking up on Deniro, all has been above and beyond!! If I could I would give them 10 stars! My whole experience is something that I will never forget! Thank you premier pups for everything you have done for me and my new baby!!!

Neither my husband nor I have ever had a puppy before. After stumbling upon Premier Pups, we were so happy with how easy it was for us to determine which breed of puppy might be best for our situation. Premier Pups provided such easy access to information for each type of breed, in addition to rating various factors for the breeds, such as ease of trainability, adaptability, etc. We really appreciate the effort Premier Pups put into providing information on their website. Moreover, Premier Pups employees are incredibly proactive about following up on inquiries, Facetiming with future puppy owners, and making themselves available, via phone and text, to any questions at all. Premier Pups also gives details instructions on what to anticipate, in their FAQ's, as well as, they provide detailed emails throughout the first 7 days of the puppy's arrival. My husband and I are so thankful for Premier Pup's guidance, care for each puppy, and proactive responses, that we will happily recommend them to anyone and everyone. We are absolutely in love with our bernedoodle from Premier pups. Premier pups has been so helpful in helping us get our four legged baby. They have consistently checked in every few days to see how the puppy is adjusting, including even calling on Thanksgiving. They have answered all questions promptly. They really have made us feel comfortable and happy with our desicion to get a puppy from them.

We got the best little cavapoo from Premier Pups. I highly recommend! They made the process easy and their facility is beautiful. Pro tip: reserve your pup...they go fast. We had our eye on a couple puppies at first but they were purchased before we knew it.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had getting a dog . The company and mike go above and beyond to make the process easy and comfortable and fix any small hiccup that can honestly come with getting any pet of any kind . They make this process a safe , easy and stress free process . In addition the puppies arrived so well and healthy and comfortable and they have been checking on us through the process and are available any time to help with any questions or concerns .
