I got Ollie (Rico) in June 2020 and it’s been the best decision ever. Reservation through Premier Pups is amazing, they are very communicative and responsive. All the steps are well explained and you know what’s expected. No hidden fees or weird paperwork. When you first get the puppy, it comes with a care package that includes a bag full of initial vitamins, food for two weeks and AKC papers. I’m glad to have gotten my Havanese at Premier Pups, definitely recommend to all my friends and family. He is very healthy and playful which means that the breeding is of high quality. Ollie is now 1 year old, 12lbs of pure joy!

We got our F2 Pomsky last June (2020) through PremierPups and recently celebrated her 1st birthday. At first we were worried that Pomskys have a huge weight range, but our is a perfect 28 pounds of fur happiness. On walks, we get tons of compliments and more and more people recognize she is a Pomsky and not a mini husky. Due to the pandemic we had very limited in-person interaction with the PremierPups staff at the delivery, but everyone was very responsive to all our questions before and after we got her, made the whole precess very easy, so strongly recommend getting your puppy through them.

Premier pups is just that...Premier. It was easy to browse for the puppy we wanted. The purchase was simple and clear. The communication they provided was awesome and they clearly have high standards for their breeders. Our puppy (birth name: Francisco and then changed to Carson) arrived happy and healthy and we had all the info we needed to care for him. When we had challenges giving the meds we reached out and they sent us a video which helped us tremendously. There were multiple follow up calls, and requirements to ensure Carson was healthy. We love Carson and we love Premier Pups! Thank you to the team....we recommend them and happy to talk with anyone who may need to chat more!

Today is my pups 1st bday. I couldn’t be any happier with my fur baby Milan (previously known as Christian). He is a very happy, healthy and playful pup. He loves attention from everyone he sees. Oberon (now Milo) is the sweetest Teddy Bear puppy we could've ever asked for. After trying for months with rescues to reserve a dog during the pandemic, we stumbled upon Premier Pups thanks to friends who also found their sweet puppy with them. Premier Pups is a super reliable company and take the care to put first time customers at ease. I had no idea what to expect flying an 8 week old puppy from Ohio to Los Angeles! But, they checked in with me at every step of the process, provided updates on the day Milo was put on his flight, they sent me super clear post-puppy care instructions, sent food and preventative medications, I got phone calls and texts to make sure all was well and have been available for any questions. I 100% recommend Premier Pups if you're searching for a reputable company that will help you find your puppy. I have recommended 3 other families who all reserved various breeds from Premier Pups too. Milo is a year old now and is part of our family. He is sweet, lovable, healthy and is the neighborhood social butterfly. He is living his best life ever and we are so lucky to have been able to reserve him during this very tough year.

Premier Pups is truly the premier place to go if you are looking to reserve a pup! Their customer service is unparalleled, and they were great at communicating and answering all of our questions. They truly care about the families and puppies. Their staff checks in with you for the first several days after you get your four-legged friend home! They also give you peace of mind with their medical checkups, shots, record keeping and warranties. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to reserve!

We have purchased two dogs from Premier Pups and couldn't be any more thrilled with them. We purchased a Teddy Bear, Ollie 3 years ago and purchased a Shih Poo 1 year ago. I can't say enough about Premier Pups of how professional they are and how they care for their puppies. The building is immaculate and the employees have always been so helpful. I would definitely recommend purchasing from them. We live in North Carolina but it was worth the drive!!

Let me just start out by saying, I never really write reviews but I had to for Premier Pups. A year ago I was living in Washington, DC and started looking for local breeders of Cavachon (Cavalier King Charles and Bichon Mix). I had reached out to several breeders but I either never heard back or their prices were way too high. I had pretty much given up on finding the right pup when I decided to look online. I googled "Cavachon's for sale" and Premier Pups came up. I went to their website, found a ton of adorable pooches and stumbled upon a recent litter of adorable Cavachon puppies that would be ready in a few weeks. I came upon Kate (now Izzie), read all about her, read about her breed to make sure she would be a good fit for me. I called the number and asked questions and the person I spoke to was so nice and friendly and answered all of my questions. I decided right then that I was going to buy her. I was very leery of buying a puppy online but read a bunch of their reviews and after talking to someone at Premier Pups I felt much better. I received a call from Premier Pups once I had purchased her and they explained how the process would go and how she would be delivered to me. When I asked Premier Pups for a picture of her from the breeder they were able to send me a video of her playing outside. When Izzie was finally delivered to me I received several text messages and phone calls from the delivery drivers as to their ETA and where we would meet. They took such good care of her on the long drive and gave me all of her paperwork, medicine, a harness and a brief instruction guide as to what to do for her first few weeks. After I took her home I received several phone calls from Premier Pups that day and for several weeks following checking on her status and if I had any questions. They were so amazing and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new furbaby for their family. I know that I will definitely be using them in the future!

We got our Winnie June of 2020 , what a wonderful “teddy bear puppy!” Premire pups were wonderful to work with! Don’t hesitate to purchase your puppy from them! They were thoughtful , kind and terrific to work with!!!

We got our teddy bear back in June. Today is his first birthday! 🥳. He’s healthy, loving, smart, and funny! Premier pups has made this experience worthwhile. Over the first few weeks of us having him, we were receiving phone calls and text messages with tips and questions about our puppy’s growth. They made themselves available to us if we needed them. My family intends to get more puppies from them because of their superior service! They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service.

Had the best experience with Premier Pups! Our sweet adorable Maltipoo puppy arrived healthy and happy with the best temperament and was so easy to train! He’s the best (and cutest) dog in the world. When he developed kennel cough after getting his first haircut, the owner of Premier Pups knew better than our own vet how to get him better — he went above and beyond by sending me a nebulizer and saline solution at his own expense, and he checked in with me daily to see how Flannel was doing. I was super appreciative and impressed, and Flannel got better right away. I’ve already recommended Premier Pups to friends who have gone on to purchase dogs from them and everyone has been very happy! Highly recommend!

I reserved my pup (Pickle) from premier pups almost a year ago and I have to say that the experience has been nothing positive. It is easy in this day and age to be scammed on the internet, we see it all around scammers playing on people's love for animals and emotions. At first I was skeptical about reserving online but after doing my research I found premier pups. Any question I had they would reply in a timely and professional manner they followed up with Pickle and I numerous times throughout the year and even followed up today on his birthday. If you are thinking of reserving through premier pups don't second guess it, they are 100% legit.
