I was a skeptic when I first started the hunt for a place to get our future puppy. I had seen premier pups website before and kept coming back to it. Easy to use, up to date with all available puppies information and how the reservation process would work! Their website is definitely a stand out compared to anyone else. I was so impressed with the videos and how much detail they put into each puppies profile. We were allowed to have a video once our puppy was set for pickup. We drove 2 hours to pick him up from a beautiful home/facility where our pup was handed to us! This was during the time covid shutdowns were pretty strict but I did get a look inside. Very well taken care of and friendly staff that know what they are doing. They really make sure you are set up too with medicine, a 2 week care plan with very direct instructions and a number to call if you are ever unsure or have an emergency. They also make sure your puppy can go home with a comfy bed or toy. We got our Pomeranian Kylo a year ago and he has been very happy and healthy! He came to us a perfectly healthy pup and has stayed that way! They even check in to see how they are doing. For anyone that is nervous they won’t do the right thing or have all the supplies for a new puppy, premier pups is the way to go.

I would highly recommend Premier Pups! We are so thankful to have found our puppy “Davie”. He is one year old today, and he has been such a blessing to our lives! He is so sweet natured, and always the favorite at the dog park…he has to greet every human and every dog. I would definitely buy again through them! The facility/home is very nice and clean, and the staff was amazingly kind and helpful! I was nervous about buying online, but have no fear! I’m so happy to have Premier Pups just 30 min away from home!

Premier pup is the best place to reserve your fur baby. I drove 3 hours to get my pomeranian puppy. Very worth the drive and the cost. The process was very smooth and easy. Team is professional. They answered all my calls and were very helpful. If you are looking to reserve. Look no further

Bring a puppy home is a big decision, what bred best suits your life style, will they adapt to apartment living? They can be expensive and require a lot of time. With all that said I made the decision to reserve from premium pups and glad I did! Customer service is a big deal to me and customer service is what I have received since my first inquiry about the mini Sheepadoodle I bought home. My pup is amazing, smart, happy, and a lover! Premium pup has been with me every step of the way. Answering questions and offering help along the way. My experience has been beyond amazing, so much so that I wanted to take my time to share my experience!

I was anxious about buying a puppy online and get it shipping from Ohio to California, but the team at Premier Pups was very professional, responsive and supportive to organize all professionally. The pictures on the website were real, so once I purchased, my dog disappeared from the list. They shipped exactly that one to me. He was and is healthy. Today we celebrated his 1y birthday.

We got out teddy bear puppy from premier pups July 2020. He has been a joy and the best thing that has happened to our family. Premier pups was instrumental in setting our mind at ease and ensuring we saw Archie before he travelled to Seattle to us. Being first time pet owners was intimidating but the premier pups team was awesome. They sent everything from kibbles to medication with detailed instructions along with Archie. And called in constantly to check in on him. I would never hesitate to go back and highly recommend premier pups. The price of the puppy is worth the service and customer care. Thank you!!

We had a great experience with Premier Pups. They were quick to answer my questions about the puppy, breed and reservation process. They took care of the flight arrangements and sent detailed care instructions for the first two weeks, which helped immensely since this was my first puppy experience. The Premier team also followed up with me the first two weeks to see if I had questions. I would highly recommend them.

When I first pulled up to the facility I was already impressed. It was so well taken cared of and people everywhere willing to help. They handed me my pup and made sure I stayed until all my questions were answered and gave me a ton of paperwork for any additional questions as well as information regarding my first two weeks with my new forever friend. They continued to text me my first week and a half checking in and making sure everything was going smoothly with the transition. A year later and they reached back out which is rare with any other pet facilities. They truly care about the health of all of their pups and the satisfaction of their costumers. Well done.

Very professional and responsive. Dog was in excellent health. Very smart dog and very trainable. Gwenny has brought us joy and has been a great addition to our house.

We reserved an adorable Daisy puppy. The experience with premier was amazing from the purchase through the follow ups once we received her. We have had her for a year now and she is in excellent health. Our little pup has brought so much joy into our lives. I highly recommend premier pups!

Our mini bernadoodle was the perfect addition to our family during quarantine last year. He's in perfect health, has the sweetest personality, and is the exact size they said he would be. We love him to pieces! Premier pups was in touch every few days to make sure he was settling in OK, eating well, and to answer any questions we had.
