We bought a puppy one year ago from Premier Pups. They were everything we were hoping for and nothing we feared. Our puppy was loved and still is!

We are so happy with our puppy! He came to us healthy and ready to love. We were given everything we needed for his initial care and were in communication with the company throughout the reservation process. Couldn’t be more pleased and grateful.

I had been looking for a new addition/puppy to the family. Went to several pet stores and even looked at a couple breeders. But after talking to premier pups I felt at ease with my purchase and felt they really cared. Everything was super easy and the day we picked up Bella she was a happy little puppy. They checked in on her to see how she was transitioning and I could tell they really cared about their pups. Even now, a year later they texted to wish her a happy Birthday and see how she was doing. I would definitely recommend them and when I decide to add another puppy I will absolutely go back to premier pups.

I picked up my Teddy Bear pup in July 2020 for my daughter. It was my first experience buying online and drove to Ohio to pick him up. I was a skeptic at first reading about pup farms and horror stories. I wasn't able to see the inside of their facilities since it was during Covid. This place looks very clean from outside and people were professional. I like that there were good instructions for care and next steps, what to expect after they get to your house. Premier made follow up calls within the first couple days and couple weeks after to ensure that our pup was eating right and appointments were set up with our local vet. The first few weeks are a bit like having a newborn kid, they need a lot of monitoring and routine. You have to make sure they eat so they don't get sick or depressed then die of malnutrition. He grew to be 17.5 lbs and very light shedding. This breed is very loving and playful but not over excited. Nothing but joy to have him in our lives.

We had a wonderful experience with Premier Pups. They take the dogs health seriously, continuously contact you regarding purchase, delivery, and care, and are just wonderful overall to work with!

We love our Elsie! She just turned one today. Healthy, cute, energetic. First time pet owner, and we had a great experience reserving from Premier Pups.

Quinn, formerly Ashton, has been a wonderful addition to the family. He is energetic, fun, happy go lucky and loves to play and cuddle. He loves his big brother and the cats too! Premier Pups has been engaged through his first year by calling to check in to ensure he's doing well. I highly recommend Premier Pups! They have excellent customer service and care about the puppies.

I purchased a Cavapoo July 2020 - Today my Cavapoo turned 1yr old, Premier Pets reached out to see how we are doing. Our family has enjoyed our little puppy so much that after having her only a couple months we bought a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel through them as well. These two dogs are so well bonded to each other and to our family. They have the sweetest disposition and are very well behaved puppies. Premier pets was so easy to work with and made sure all of our questions and requests were taken care of. Because we live in California I used their flight nanny service and they were amazing. They took such good care of them during transport and were so kind to send pictures of their travels along the way. These two have had excellent health from day one. I highly recommend Premier Pets.

When I saw this website I thought it was too good to be true. Literally thought maybe no puppy would show up when I went to pick her up... I was WRONG! They were amazing!!!!!!! So WONDERFUL! In fact I enjoyed my experience so much I ended up getting two puppies 4 months apart! I got Birdie delivered by a VIP flight. She is one now and neither her nor her sister have had a single issue! Would highly recommend to anyone who is on several long waitlists like I wAs.

After being scammed I was referred to Premier Pups and in July 2020 we welcomed Cudi to our family. He turned 1 yrs old May 17 and is just as playful and loving as ever. Thank you for your professionalism and answering any questions I had.

Premiere Pups was a one-stop shop for us as new dog owners. We needed a hypo-allergenic pup and opted for a girl poochon. Remi has been the perfect addition to our family. Premiere was incredibly responsive, helped us with every need, checked all our boxes and made the process so smooth and easy. Gorgeous facility and our pup was in perfect health with all her shots. We would highly recommend!

They're legit!!!! Got our Kind Charles Cavalier, Cousin Angelo (formally Conway) from Premier Pups. The whole process from start to finish was IMPRESSIVE! At first i was a little cautious, being i never heard of them. I read the reviews and crossed referenced with the BBB. They had an A+ rating. So i proceeded. From the get-go they called to walk me through the process, arranged for transport, and called everyday for a week after he arrived to check on his health and to see if i had any questions. They were the BEST!!! Cousin Angelo has been with us close to a year and he's an utter delight! SO Sweet, Nice, Friendly, Happy and at times Sassy. WE LOVE him! Will definitely use them again when we're ready to get Cousin a little brother or sister. 5 Stars!
