"Oberon (now Milo) is the sweetest Teddy Bear puppy we could've ever asked for. After trying for months to reserve a puppy/dog through various rescues with no luck during the pandemic, we stumbled upon Premier Pups thanks to friends who also found their sweet puppy with them. Premier Pups is a super reliable company and take the care to put first time customers, like my family, at ease. I had no idea what to expect flying an 8 week old puppy from Ohio to Los Angeles! But, Premier Pups staff checked in with me at every step of the process! They provided updates on the day Milo was put on his flight, they sent me post-puppy care instructions, sent food and preventative medications, called me and sent texts to make sure all was well and have been available for any questions.
