We had the best experience getting our pup from Premier Pups. They were very helpful, caring, responsive and accommodating. They kept in touch throughout the whole process- even a year after, they were checking in on him. For us it was a love at first sight- as soon as we saw his baby picture we knew he belongs to us. Our pup Archer ( but we changed it to Toby) is a healthy, happy, playful and smart pup and we can’t imagine our lives without him anymore.

Premier Pups was fantastic to work with. My little Ollie arrived in NJ safe and sound. He was healthy, happy and well adjusted in no time!!! He’s perfect in every way!!! I welcomed Cooper to my life in June of 2020 when he was 8 weeks old. He turned one in April 7th. . He is a happy healthy dog because of all the care he was provided with in his first 8 weeks and we continued the care for him as directed. Premier pups called me twice a week to check on Cooper for a month and every time I called them with questions, they were there to answer. I have recommended this place to my friends and relatives. After a bad experience of being puppy scammed, we decided to call Premier Pups, and we’ve had such a great experience!! Round two! Our first dog was from premier pups (2019). We had such an amazing experience we decided to go with them again! We met premier pups at a halfway point. The process was easy and went well. From the moment we got the puppy he was playful, calm, and loving. When we brought him home to our other dog (also a cavapoo) he began playing with him instantly and ate a large bowl of food shortly after ...he definitely adjusted to his new environment quickly. He’s now 3 months old and has brought us nothing but love and joy. He makes a great younger brother too!! Thank you premier pups for another wonderful experience.

We reserved our first Cavapoo, Remi, in 2018. She’s smart and healthy and has a great temperament! We loved our experience with Premier Pups so much that we reserved Remi’s brother, Maverick (also a Cavapoo), in 2020. We received rave reviews from our vet based on the thorough health history provided by Premier Pups. Got my delightful Cavachon puppy Kenzie from Premiere Pups a year ago during the emergence of the Covid Pandemic. They were so service dedicated. Since air travel was nearly nonexistent she had to be brought to me. Premier delivered her to a spot 10 minutes from me by puppy van. The communication was great. My Covid Puppy is an amazing. Charming, beautiful..social..energetic girl. Her beautiful personality was protected by their personal touch. The puppy transition to home support was so reassuring..since this was my first dog in more than 20 years. All the elements of their support services were great. I was walking her in a nearby state park and met a couple walking a beautiful Shitzu. They raved about the dog...and I could see why. But then they started to talk about where they got the pup from...an outfit in Ohio. They went on and on about the support they were given and how caring and responsive they were. It turns out it is Premiere Pups!

I guess what everyone wants to know is about shipping... Shipping went well. There was a minor mishap with her original flight and I was notified IMMEDIATELY. Like 4am in the morning immediately. She was driven from Ohio to Chicago... from Chicago she was flown to Arizona. Her nanny was so sweet! She was about 2lbs (or less) when I got her so I appreciate the extra precautions to make sure she got to me alive. I got calls, texts and emails making sure she was doing well. The emails were most helpful. They were super long and the extremely important information was in bold red. Lol. Long story short, I love her so much.

I purchased my pomeranian last May. The process was super easy. Although I was nervous about my dog flying to me, premier pups assured me that he would be okay and had step by step instructions from start to finish. He is now 1 years old and we love him so much, I would definitely purchase another puppy from here.

We flew to Ohio to pick up Louis Vuitton, formerly Daphne a teacup Pomeranian from Premier pups on June 7, 2020. Louis just turned 1 year old and is just the cutest, frisky, well adjusted, little almost 4 lb sweetheart we could have ever asked for. The staff at premier pups was amazing to work with, their website was easy to navigate, the facility is beautiful and the grounds are clean and lush. We recommend premier pups whole heartedly.
