Premier Pups was absolutely amazing to work with. We picked our mini bernadoodle Padmé online. They confirmed the sale within 24 hours. They communicated quickly about the details for dropping her off. She is now one and we could not be happier with her. She is cute, friendly, happy and healthy. Everyone loves her and frequently comments about what a happy, sweet dog she is. I highly recommend Premier Pups if you want a seamless puppy purchase!

I honestly can't say enough good things about Premier Pups. I got my mini aussiedoodle, Ember, from them in July 2020, and she just turned 1 last week. She is happy and healthy, and has been since the day she arrived. She has the friendliest temperament and is so smart; training has been a breeze. Premier's health guarantee was good for peace of mind, but the level of care and attention they provided every step of the way made it clear how much they care about the pups they sell and their customers. They checked in regularly leading up to delivery and then for a week or so after to make sure she was settling in well. And they were super responsive any time I reached out with a question. They followed up again on Ember's birthday to make sure she was still doing well. I've recommended Premier to a number of people, and would absolutely get a puppy from them again in the future.

I can’t say enough about premier pup , from the day u pick out your puppy they are so amazing. They keep u updated with videos, pictures and anything else you want while waiting for your special puppy to come home. Our baby was shipped in a van which was well equipped with A dog specialist besides the driver who took care of everything they need and kept us informed of their journey. Once home premier pup contacted us On Several occasions to make sure the puppy was doing well and happy in their new home!! I can’t say enough about this company and all their do to make sure you get the best experience and loving puppy!!!

My husband and I wanted a teddy bear puppy and we searched online and found premier pups in Ohio. We saw the website had lots of good reviews and lots of dogs to choose from. We paid online and went to pick our puppy up. We’ve had our dog for a year now and he’s doing great. I’m glad we chose premier pups. Every time we take our dog to the park we get lots of compliments on him and we tell everyone we got him from premier. We high recommend going through them. They are pricey but worth it I would say. We are hoping to get another puppy in the next year and we will definitely go back there.

We had such good service and several follow up calls to see how Teddy was doing. We would definitely buy a pup from Premier Pups.

I got my sweet teddy bear pup Millie from Premier Pups in July. They did everything to make sure she arrived healthy and in good condition. They followed up several times in her first few weeks to troubleshoot any issues. Millie has been happy and healthy since she arrived. My vet even commented that her teeth look great after a year which is a good sign for her genetics. Millie has brought so much joy to my life and I cannot thank Premier Pups enough for their help.

During the pandemic I wanted a puppy so badly as did so many others. In the past I have always gotten my dog through a breeder so I was nervous when my friend referred me to Premier Pup, but I had the best experience and not the best dog. They were so supportive and took the time to answer all my questions. Throughout the first year of his life they continued to check in him to see how he’s doing. I highly recommend Premier Pup!
