Purchased a havanese pup from Premier Pups. Due to the covid restrictions at the time, we were not able to meet the pups before making a decision. Premier Pups made the process as smooth and comfortable as possible. Would definitely recommend. They we're very helpful and made sure everything was good. Our pup is now a year old and doing great.

I had a wonderful experience with Premier Pups. I reserved my maltipoo Ellie (formerly Elaine) two months ago and she is the sweetest. Premier Pups was helpful in the reservation process. They even called me the first week to make sure everything was okay. Ellie has brought me so much joy. I would highly recommend them!

We got Rocky about 10 months ago and he has been a great addition to the family. Premier Pups was easy to work and Rocky arrived via a flight Nanny on time and in great health. If we breakdown and get Rocky a playmate we would use premier pups again

Bought our 8 week old pup a year ago, and we are so glad we did!! Purchased her from Premier Pups, and they provided information and advice both before our purchase and after. They were very non pushy in purchasing extra items, however we did receive a phone call regarding several items they felt were worth the money...and they were right! We hadn't had a puppy in many years, long before microchips were even thought of, or the unique crate/ potty training system that both Premier Pups as well as their breeders use. Healthy pup, very good temperament, and the best customer service from Premier Pups!

I know how daunting can be to get your puppy from so far away. I was getting my courage only because a close friend of mine got their puppy from Premier Pups. So hence i had trust. I had a very good experience all the way until our puppy got home. Now we have a one-year-old healthy, loving, kind Cavapoo who clearly came from good parents and a good genetics. My only regret is not asking to Facetime with the pup when was so young but overall my experience, follow through after we got home the first week was excellent. We adore our girl and she is part of the family. She is almost 11 lbs (parents are 9& 13). I asked for pictures of the parents which were sent to me. Rosie (Celine) is one the best decisions of our lives. We will have a second dog in the future. We adore this sock hiding, panty eating, incredible with other dogs girl to pieces.

This was the first time we reserved a puppy on line and we couldn't ask for anything more. We reserved 2 different puppy breeds and couldn't be happier. The Premier Pups team were so awesome every step of the way through the first couple of weeks. We reserved a Teddy Bear puppy and a French Bulldog and they are best friends and just the sweetest things. We are so happy with these 2 little additions to our family.

We’ve purchased our pup from Premier Pups, almost a year ago. Very great experience. The shipping was great, customer service is awesome, and they were available for any questions we had. If we were to purchase another pup, I would DEFINITELY go through Premier Pups again.

Premier Pups going home package was everything I needed. My pup was chipped, clipped and perfect! They called every other day to check in on how she was doing and adjusting for the first week! Checked in on her first birthday 5/30.. Completely impressed!

I have purchased two Pomeranian puppies from Premier Pups and I love my babies! Premier Pups does an amazing job at making sure your puppy is set up for success in their new home. They also do several follow ups once the puppy has arrived home to make sure that everything is going good and that your new puppy is transitioning well. I recommend Premier Pups to anyone looking to reserve a new puppy. They have provided very good communication throughout this first year with well care calls and followups. Our petite Bernedoodle (Chewy) is a joy to our family. So happy we chose Premier Pups during our search for our new best friend.

We brought home Miso (formerly known as Bean) last July 2020, as our pandemic puppy. We had never heard of Premier Pups before then and were honestly a bit nervous purchasing a puppy online from out of state. Our philosophy has always been "reserve don't shop", but with so many people reserving dogs during the pandemic, it was hard to find a furbaby to bring home! We were specific on our breed (Havanese or Bichon Frise), and we really wanted to raise a puppy. PremierPups made it easy and was SO great to work with. Their customer service line was in constant contact with us from the moment we saw our pup online, and checked in regularly after he got home! They just texted us a few weeks ago for our pups first birthday! Miso has been the BEST part of our lives - we love him like a true child :) He's been so incredibly loving, playful, healthy, and a smart dog overall. We'd highly recommend PremierPups if reserving from a shelter isn't possible, and would be happy to get our next dog from Premier Pups again!

Premier Pups was very helpful with the transition of my pup. If I had questions, I called and got the answer I needed to help me along the way taking good care of my Axel. I am a first time fur mom and I absolutely love this experience. My fur baby means the world to me.

picked up my fur baby in august 2020. haven’t been happier since. they were so professional and answered all of my concerned texts at all hours as a new dog mom. such an easy buying process, they check up on you multiple times throughout the dogs transition into its new home and provide full instructions/guides on how to help the dog through the transition. messi is a very healthy, happy and active dog. thank you premier pups, we’ll be back to get him a sister when he’s older !
