I purchased my beautiful little Avery from Premier pups and I'm so happy with their service. I purchased her one day and the very next day she was arriving on the plane, in her own little bed with her food and toy and she seems so happy, all my worries were for not. I am so happy with the service, they really love their pups and have called several times to check on my baby Avery. Thank you Premier pups for making such a smooth transition for my baby. I will highly recommend you to anybody looking for a puppy.

Very happy with my experience with Premier Pups. I had been searching for a puppy for the past year knowing my boyfriend and I would be ready for one soon. We were specifically interested in the Teddy Bear breed and when we saw a picture of Luna (formerly Vivian) we knew we had found the one. Just like previous reviews stated, buying a puppy online made us nervous initially but after reading reviews and chatting with Premier Pups over the phone we were put to ease. We reserved Luna by putting down a deposit and picked her up 5 days later. Once we arrived at Premier Pups we were very pleased with how simple and easy the process was. The facility was beautiful and clean which was a nice reassurance that our pup had been in great hands. After about a half hour we were on our way home with our new pup! She did amazing during the 3 hour car ride (no accidents!) and started to come out of her shell once we got home. We've now had Luna for about 2 weeks and at 11 weeks old she's preforming better than any dog we've had in the past. She sleeps through the night, walks on a leash and is nearly completely potty trained! She also got rave reviews at her first vet appointment. We love her. She's a great addition to our family. I have been and will continue to recommend Premier Pups to anyone on the market for a new puppy.

My husband and I found premier pups online because we were searching for a mini golden doodle. We bought holly who is now Payton and she was shipped to her new home in California! We were nervous about the process of putting her on a plane but everything went perfect! She is perfect! She is 100% healthy and happy! We are very happy too. I was soooooo scared to find a puppy online! More so nervous to fly the puppy from Ohio to Florida. Premier Pups made me feel at ease with their quick responses and the immaculate amount of information they provided. They have exceeded my expectations BY FAR! Buddha the Cavapoo is doing so, so WELL!!

I’ve had my dog Luigi Michael (formally known as Marvin) for a week now and it’s been the best week ever. Getting a dog through Premier Pups was an excellent decision. They are wonderful and provide you and your new puppy with everything you need to get started. I would highly recommend them!

Bought a puppy from here In August. My puppy was fine. He was housebroken within a month. I'm very pleased with him and love him so much. He was fussy about eating so they sold me a product to increase his appetite and he did fine. By one year he was eating all the time without any type of appetite products. Health wise no problems. Highly recommend this place to others, employees are helpful and very friendly.

Purchasing our teacup Yorkie puppy was the best experience we had. I am not comfortable with online purchases, but after doing my research, I made my purchase. Communication from the flight schedule, to my pyppy’s welll-being is outstanding. Other companies will just complete the sale and you don’t hear back from them. Thus, you start learning on your own, that’s stressful! With PP, not only was I confident with the purchase, but they’ve introduced me to a live veterinarian from Doctor pup. It is part of the insurance lifetime plan, and I am truly educated about the upbringing of my puppy. Well worth it! Above all, I highly recommend them as I know they set you up for success with your newest family member!!! Looks like, I might soon get Bear, formally Beckham, a new baby brother!

My wife and I could not be more happy with our little Madison. Right from day one we could tell that she was in perfect health and contentment. The quality of care that this beautiful puppy was given from birth is obvious. We are so thankful to the staff of Premier Pups in how they were able to provide us with the new member of our family. We would and have recommended Premier Pups to many of our friends.

We reserved our Morkie from Premier Pups and couldn’t be happier with the experience. We had been looking for several months before finding Premier. I was hesitant to take on a small dog since I had never had one but we fell in love with Mandy. Premier staff were very understanding and were available to answer our questions and concerns. We live in Columbus so cant speak to the puppy traveling. Would recommend Premier to anyone wanting a small, healthy puppy.

We reserved a female Morkie ( formerly Carol...now LuLu) about 2 weeks ago and we have been so happy. She has had zero health issues, is very sweet and loving, and is already growing into an adventurous little girl. We were so impressed with the professionalism of the staff, the supplies and extras they offered, the facility, and the health warranty they offer. They do a great job here and made us feel very confident in purchasing from them. The instructions they gave us for her care were really helpful so we could make sure she was getting everything she needed in her first few weeks with us. Cindy Morris
