We received our Teddy Bear, Dex, a year ago and we have watched him grow and thrive everyday! I was provided exactly what I needed to help him adjust to his new home. After it was time to switch him to new dog food, Dex didn’t adjust well and his blood sugar dropped. I called the emergency line and the vet walked me through what I needed to do in order to help him! I’m so thankful as I was in tears. Now Dex is the happiest, full of energy, extremely lovable and he loves hugs. Thank you Premier Pups!

Premier has been great when we reserved Giselle in October. They checked with us almost daily for first two weeks. It went off with no problems because they had everything layed out. Our Yorkie is part of our family and we love her so very much. Don't know what we would do without her!!

WHERE DO I BEGIN!!!! Being a family who had never owned a dog, we were quite apprehensive going into this process. After doing our research, Premier Pups came highly recommended. We decided to reserve our new fur baby. The process could not have gone better. Everyone at Premier Pups answered all of our questions and provided great instructions prior to the reservation. They even followed up several times to make sure our little guy was transitioning well. We couldn't be happier. Best place to by some sunshine

The whole process from start to finish was easy and quick. Jacob answered all our questions and was always available to help. The facility was clean and beautiful. You can tell they take a lot of care and pride in their pups and facility. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for their next puppy. We recently lost our pomchi and Daphne is going to be the perfect new addition.

I can be a pretty critical customer only because so much is demanded of me in my own field. I can wholeheartedly say that as of this moment I can only rave about my experience with Premier Pups. I, myself, was concerned about the negative reviews, even up until this morning before I picked up my puppy at the airport. The whole process was honest, straightforward, professional and comforting. I was skeptical every step of the way using an online service, but once I saw “Mitchell” on their website one day I was already in love. I had to have him in my family. I was told when he was on the plane, when he landed and was even sent a pic of him via text when I requested this morning before I got him. I almost cried meeting him for the first time at the airport. He came to work with me and was so good with the other dog there and is quickly loving my condo. Im so happy with Premier Pups and if I decide to get my puppy a sibling I will use them again!

We picked up our puppy, Chutney, a little more than 2 months ago and every interaction with Premier Pups since then has been amazing! I felt very comfortable before we even met the puppy, and going to pick him up was an incredibly smooth and helpful process. They called to check in with us multiple times over the first few weeks we had him. Even interacting with support has been easy and helpful. I recommend Premier Pups to everyone that I looking for a puppy!

We drove 12 hours to Premier Pups from Connecticut and it was well worth the trip. Our toy poodle Meadow was ready and healthy. We received detailed instructions for the care and feeding our pup who was just over 8 weeks old. Over the next several days, the staff at Premier pups called, e-mailed and texted to make sure Meadow (now Maddy) was healthy and growing. Top notch facility and staff. Maddy is now 8 months old and doing great. We could not be more pleased with Premier Pups.

Excellent from beginning to end. We are so in love with our Morkie boy "Danny". Great communication. Our pup is doing great and is everything we expected and more!
