I wanted to take a moment to comment on your customer service and my overall experience with Premier Pups. On 08/10/2019, I placed an offer on a puppy advertised on your website named "Laredo" a Shichon (Teddy Bear.) The sale of the puppy went smoothly, I was constantly kept informed regarding shipping (I live in California) and other important details regarding the transaction. The price was fair and my family was excited about adding a new family member. Where your company REALLY shines was after the sale. I received a photo text of "Laredo" before he boarded his flight out of Columbus letting me know that his flight was on time and there were no delays. I received several texts throughout the day ensuring that Laredo arrived on time, healthy, and happy. Since I received the puppy, I figured our transaction was complete and your business would move on to new customers and making sales (I mean, it's a business right?) I was pleasantly surprised to have received a follow-up phone call every other day from your service. The calls were always checking on Laredo (now named Mylo) and making sure he was making his transition to his forever home without any issues. Your representative queried his eating habits, ensuring his medication was right, and his overall health and happiness. It has been a week since "Mylo" has been a part of our family. He is a wonderful puppy, full of wonderment and excitement. I received a text from Matthew this morning asking if "Mylo" was doing well, so I sent him a few pictures and let him know that he is great. I wanted to let you know that I thought we were buying a dog for my family, but I have since learned that with this wonderful puppy, comes a great family oriented business that truly goes beyond! It is readily apparent that puppy sales is not just a business to you guys, but you have an innate understanding that you are dealing with a living commodity that you care about and are proud of.

Blessing female morbid whom I reserved on Oct 5, 2018 her name is Callie she is so adorable full of love lots of affection playful wants to play with anyone she sit on my lap, chest and shoulder she even like to watch TV I am so happy I reserved her.

What can I say about Premier Pups?...🐶 Today we surprised my 10 year old son with the fabulous gift of our new GENESIS. We found her image online, and we became instantly smitten with her. 😊 Premier walker us through the process, and it was seamless. I was so nervous about her flying, she arrived in a wonderful crate, with all of her needed items. I am the QUEEN of organizing, and I was blown away at all of the listed instructions and all of the detailed guides to her feedings, meds, and everything. My son is on cloud 9, and so are we! Both Lacie and Ryan walked us through the entire process, they have been texting us making sure all is well. We are really, really moved by a company that really stands for its name “Premiere”. Indeed, they are top notch! I couldn’t have had a better experience, not a better new baby girl 🐶 for our family. We kept her name as GENESIS, because she is our “new beginning”. I’m extremely happy with my puppy that I got from here. The process was really easy and smooth. I love how they were on top of everything right down to her medication. I just wish there was better communication before I got her. After I got her they have done nothing but check up on her I really appreciate! Other than that I highly recommended this place!!!

I had purchased a dachshund a year ago from premier pups, they were so helpful through the whole process and even checked up when we had gotten him in New York from Ohio where they are located. Highly recommended! They still check up till today !

This was a great experience, Premier Pups were great, helped us with all of are questions and concerns. Being retired both me and my wife were a little hesitant about getting a new puppy,. When our family was looking for a new puppy we were fortunate to find Premier Pups online. We received our Teddy Bear fur baby in June. The entire experience with this company has exceeded my expectations. The staff is always available and willing to answer your questions. We received everything we needed to make sure our new puppy stayed healthy and happy after receiving him. They stand behind their promise to make sure your puppy is taken care of. They give you more directions and instructions than you get with a new baby from the hospital which is much appreciated especially if you are a first time dog owner or someone like me who hasn’t had a puppy in 15 years. This little guy has brought so much joy to our family. He’s a happy healthy beautiful little boy! You can tell these puppies are taken care of before they are in your arms. The flight pickup is easy and they definitely make sure your puppy is in safe conditions from them to you. We have been so pleased with the first experience that have another one arriving today from Premier Pups. I can’t express how appreciative I am for Lacie, a Premier Pup employees. She has been extremely personable and accommodating on this second time around. There is no doubt in my mind that she loves what she does and cares for these fur babies. Lacie has worked countless hours on making sure we get our new little girl safe and sound from Ohio to Louisiana. I highly recommend Premier Pups to anyone looking for a new fur baby addition to their home!!!!

My family recently purchased a puppy through Premier Pups and we had a wonderful experience! Staff called to check in before our pick up date, make sure we didn't have questions, and were very attentive. When we arrived at the facility to pick up our pup, the grounds were immaculate. Matthew greeted us, went over all the details of care for our pup thoroughly, and helped ensure our first meeting was as wonderful as we had hoped! Our little girl was just waking up from a nap and a bit shy, so he brought out her brother to help her warm up. They were adorable together, and she ran off some energy before our drive home. The first few days home with our pup, we received several phone calls/texts checking in to make sure everything was going well in our puppy's adjustment. I felt very supported as we navigated making her transition as easy as possible. Our puppy is energetic, curious, and loves to play! We are absolutely thrilled with her, and couldn't be happier with our experience through Premier Pups! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new furbaby. You will not be disappointed!

We carefully selected our puppy from the pictures and were blessed with a healthy Tea cup Maltese. We are very happy with this purchase.

I would highly recommend Premier Pups to anyone searching for a puppy of their own! I did much research and kept coming back to Premier Pups. They are reputable, professional and most importantly only get their puppies from breeders who meet a high standard and are regularly inspected. The facility is clean and the staff is knowledgeable and very responsive whether you are emailing, texting or calling for information. Premiere pups was awesome to deal with , we reserved Tiffany a Shih-Tzu bichon mix otherwise known as a teddy bear , whom we renamed Luna after her arrival home . We stopped in on a Saturday to view puppies and they were so kind and helpful.they sent us home with a puppy care package that was very helpful and they called to check on her progress . Luna is a very loving puppy to everyone including children ,our 2yr old grandson was a concern but she adores him and everyone she meets . We couldn’t be happier with her .

We purchased two puppies from Premier Pups; a Cava Poo and a Bernedoodle. The staff who helped us during the process of ordering and picking up the pups was extremely helpful and informative. This is such a great company and offering top quality pups to homes seeking additional family members to love. I would highly recommend anyone dog-shopping to order from Premier pups. It can be overwhelming when you get a new puppy, but their guidance and help was truly great and high quality. Whenever we had a question they got back to us within the hour, which is amazing.

We purchased our sweet puppy a year ago from Premier Pups. Our Ricky is a Cavapoo. He is 15lbs. His has a great temperament. He is sweet , calm, super smart , has been easy to train, gets along well with other dogs , people and even babies .. he is perfect ❤️ I would highly recommend this breed and the company. They were great to work with and if we decide to add another puppy in the future we would definitely go thru Premier again.

Premier Pups are the best. They provided us a wonderful King Charles Spaniel. He is health and most playful. Premier Pups did everything they said they would do and more. Our pup, Charlie, was a surprise birthday gift for my wife - turned out delivery was on National Puppy Day. Again, Premier Pups - Thank you so very much for our new family member.
