I purchased my pup a year ago from Premier Pups, and I have to say I was completely satisfied with their service. They provided a starter package (if you will) of dry/wet food, along with medicine normally given by a veterinarian during their first year. Not only did they accommodate me with my preferred airport to retrieve my pup, but they kept in touch to check in and see how the pup was doing. Premier Pups has an open door policy where you can call if you have any questions and/or concerns. If you’re ever considering getting a dog, I highly recommend Premier Pups. Not only were they professional and knowledgeable of each breed available, they were very friendly and helpful.

We absolutely love our girls! We negotiated two girls from two liters and had them brought to Washington. They have been the perfect match for our home and we love telling people where we got them. They are the best temperament and we absolutely adore them.

From the very start I had a great experience with premier pups!! And then the best thing that happened to us last year arrived on time via airplane and she is the best thing ever!! Prices were affordable everything was upfront and honest they were very helpful if I had any questions and what can I say other than I’m glad I went with Premier pups they’re awesome!! I wish I could post some pics of the doggie so you can see how much she’s grown with no health problems whatsoever and we’ve had her for a year now!! I do recommend you have them chip the dog before they send it to you as I did it’s just one less hassle you have to worry about!!

Wonderful staff that has great communication, amazing knowledge and know how to treat their customers. Every steps were explained perfectly and accurately, it is for sure the best place to get your puppy.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Premier Pups before, during and after picking up our precious CavaPoo Brutus! Ryan and Donato were great to work with and made the whole experience one that my daughter will never forget! She would visit Premier Pups frequently until she reached her goal of straight A’s and was able to get her puppy. Every single time we came in, we received the best Customer service ever! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! We absolutely love our Brutus and would recommend Premier Pups to everyone!

We bought our puppy from Premier Pups a little over a year ago. The delivery was smooth and on a timely manner as promised. Our puppy arrived safely and we lucked out as she did not make any mess. We knew then this will be our perfect dog. Sent along with her was medications provided and she finished all her prescriptions. Bree is almost 13 months old and she weights 26 pounds. She has quite a long body for her size. Ashe is a Bernesedoodle. Hardly shed and she did not just have fur, she has hair, soft to the touch, and most of all, she hardly has any knots. I would like to thank you Premier Pups. Our Bree is very healthy and happy. She is an easy going, but active and she is fearless. We have use your website again in the future. Staff follow up on Bree a few times after arrival to be sure she was okay and settled in.

The puppies might be a little expensive but they’re healthy and Premier try’s their best to make the change as easy as possible for them and to keep them healthy after you’ve already purchased them. With preventive meds and follow up phone calls just to check up on the puppy and see if you have any questions they might can answer. The people are nice and helpful. I worried them for days with questions and constant phone calls trying to make sure they wasn’t a fake place after finding so many on the internet and they never said anything about me prying. I have no complaints so far and my puppy is now almost 13 months old and I plan on getting another in the not so distant future

I picked up Comet, about 11 months ago. Premier Pups was very quick to respond to my first inquiry, within the hour. Within 30 minutes of that, I made the on line purchase. Premier Pups had been referred to me, by a friend. Pick up was quick. Comet has been awesome!!!!! He has so much personality.... people are constantly asking me, where I got him. I quickly refer them to Premier Pups. Especially first time dog owners - they follow up with you, to make sure everyone is doing ok. I don’t have enough great things, to say about this company!!!

The idea of buying a dog online was scary to me. After looking at several websites we chose Premier Pups because it was very thorough and easy to maneuver to the many varieties of beautiful pups. We felt very comfortable with everything about Premier Pups. After choosing our beautiful Bernedoodle , we called a few times and each time spoke with a caring, knowledgeable person. The buying process was a breeze. Then came the scary part. Getting the pup shipped to us. We were told what flight, day and time she would arrive. On the day, we received many texts telling us the status of our pup. Everything was perfect and we knew exactly where she was at all times. When we picked up our pup, there were people waiting for their pups on the same flight but from a different puppy provider. Neither of their pups came in. This made us appreciate Premier Pups even more. Our Sage arrived healthy, happy, very playful, and clean. We were given instructions on how to make the transition easier for us and Sage. They sent food, preventative meds and everything we needed. She is a perfect puppy and you can tell she has been given the best possible care and attention. We love her already and feel like she is a wonderful addition to our family. We look forward to spending a lifetime loving her.

we picked up our mini golden doodle at 9 weeks old. She's been a fantastic puppy and we were provided with good support in the first week which we appreciated. Our puppy came to us healthy and has brought us a lot of joy. So far, great experience with our first every dog.

I bought a tea cup multi poo she's the sweetest dog I've ever had, she's smart and loves to cuddle, she is very healthy and I would recommend premier pups to any one.

I'm 100% satisfied with my dealings with Premier Pups. I was impressed with the website, prompt answering of phone calls and emails. Everything turned out exactly as I was informed of. I in particular, appreciated the lengthy instructions for puppy care on arrival after a long flight and for the next 7-10days. Food and medicines were also sent with clear instructions and phone numbers for emergency advice. I also received text messages before and during puppy's travel including advising of flight delay. There was f/u emails and phone call in the days after puppy arrival. And I love my new puppy!
