For one thing our mini Australian puppy is beautiful, couldn’t be more happy with him. Had a great experience on the phone with a representative Ryan. We are coming from out of state he gave great information before and after arrival. They did a follow up with us several times to make sure that our mini Cooper was healthy. They also called to make sure that we were happy in general with the puppy that we had chosen. We’ve had our dog for about a year now and Ryan and sent him a happy birthday text which I thought was awesome. A year after we receive the dog they’re still calling/texting to make sure we’re happy. Customer service is great 🤗 Something most people have forgotten about, but not Premier Pup. Love the add-on during purchase. Dr Pup, the Palace and travel items etc. My friend also purchased the cutest little love at the same time. She couldn’t be happier with her choice from Premier Pup. Love these guys/girls.

We bought the greatest puppy from Premier Pups about 1 year ago! Serenity has brought so much love into our house and is the cutest and sweetest dog we could have asked for! She was everything and more than we expected! The experience with Premier pups was exceptional from start to finish! They were extremely informative along the way and made the whole process easy and comfortable! I would recommend anyone looking to add a puppy to their family use Premier! They truly care about their puppies and followed up many times to check on her! Awesome people, awesome company, awesome costumer service and awesome pups!!!

A totally professional experience. The place is meticulously clean and they send you home with everything you need for a new puppy. Best of all, our dog is healthy and has a wonderful disposition. Can’t imagine our life without our ‘boy’.

Was had the best experience with Premier Pups. We found our Baxter (formally Chandler) and our lives will never be the same. He is such a happy, rascally, sweet, smart, HEALTHY dog. He’s smart, curious, loyal and determination puppy who we are beyond grateful to Premier Pups for bringing into our home. They made everything super simple and fast. Also they checked on his settling in many times when we first got him to even checking on him on hiss 1st birthday. I highly recommend them if your thinking of getting an attention to your family.

I would recommend Premier Pups to my family and friends, my pup,we she looked good just like the picture, she was clean & well-cared for (her medical records were included), they stayed in touch with me through the whole process, worked with me on the pricing, communicated with me until she arrived and then made sure I understood how to care for her once she arrived. An reservation place like this is worth being highly recommended. I already recommended them to my family and friends.

We purchased a puppy almost a year ago and we could not be happier. He is healthy, smart and the cutest dog ever. We had a great experience with premier pups right from the start, very responsive even after our puppy was home. They made sure our fur baby’s transition was easy by sending him home with everything he needed and all the instructions we needed. I recommend Premier pups to everyone and would buy a dog from them again.

This site is legit, I paid through pay pal just to be safe and they contact you to make sure you want the puppy. So as soon as that payment goes through they shipped her by air and she came healthy a little scared but safe and happy once we got our puppy home and the small kit they sent her with helped a lot to monitor the puppies first few weeks to make sure the puppy adapts well in a new home. A year later we are proud and happy puppy parents. I would definitely recommend this site if you are in the market for a puppy.

This is an amazing place to get a pup from. Trust me I was very skeptical of lots of things when in come to puppy sellers with rumors of puppy mills. But Mathew helped clear up so many of my concerns and answered every question. I also find Premier Pups very helpful for starting pup parents. Sounds crazy but they offer up so much support and help from the jump really let you know they care.

We had a great experience with Premier Pups. We are experienced dog owners but this was our first toy breed and had a lot of questions. Premier Pups communication was wonderful. Both before receiving our little girl and after we could call or text them questions and get quick insightful answers. Highly recommend, we will be repeat customers.

My husband and I being empty nesters decided to add a fur baby to our family. We reviewed multiple sites and 100s of pics. We stumbled across Premier Pups. We read the reviews, all the links, and stumbled across the section of teddy bear pups. That is where we immediately fell in love with TY, we named him Gizmo. The site is very informative, but being a new fur mom I had a ton of questions. The staff was very kind, attentive and even called to make sure they had answered all my questions satisfactorily. They sent several detailed emails regarding the reservation, flight and care. On day of arrival they text to let us know he was getting ready to board the plane and sent us a pic along with a link to follow his flight minute by minute. They texted to keep us updated on transfers and arrival to our airport. They called after we got him home to check on him and called or text several times the following weeks and months to check on him. He is now 1 yr and they still reach out to see how he is doing. When our baby first arrived we did have meds to give and had to follow specific feeding instructions to help him stay healthy and adjust to our home. It didn’t take him long to start eating his regular puppy food from our hand and then from his bowl. We took him to the vet as they recommended after receiving him. He had a clean bill of health. The vet said he looked great and was impressed by the information we received. Our baby has remained exceptionally healthy. We recommend Premier Pups to all our family and friends and will reserve another fur baby in the future; I just hope I can get another one from his parents. I’ve read tons of reviews about nightmare/difficult pups. Ours loves everyone and behaves exceptionally well. Our fur baby is everything they described and more. I truly couldn’t ask for a better fur baby.
