We purchased Flower (formerly LILO) to complete our new home. From the day she arrived she has been a perfect addition to our family. Her temperament has been calm since day one and she loves to cuddle. The Premier Pups team was super professional and checked on us the first couple of weeks. Flower has been super healthy since she arrived. Thank you to Premier Pups for making it easy to find our new puppy and get her to CA safely. Will definitely recommend.

Leela (formerly Darla) has been with us for 9 days now. She is a wonderful Cava Chon puppy. Our experience buying from premier pups was great, easy and very quick. This is my first experience with a puppy and reserving a puppy, and I appreciate 1)the fact that I was able to get her online, 2)the fact that I could reserve her so quickly without hassle, 3)I didn't need to shop around or drive around a long distance to get her, 4)shipping her was so fast, 5) staff are lovely (once you follow through with the reservation, didnt have much contact before) and 6) she is a healthy pup! THANK YOU We are so grateful she came into our lives and is part of our family now. <3

I am super excited to share how wonderful my experience was at Premier Pups. Initially I had received a puppy that just wasn’t for me. I ended up finding her a home. I contacted premier pups with the situation and they were concerned and helpful in finding me a puppy that was right for me! Today I am 100% happy with my little Mila! She has the sweetest demeanor and I couldn’t imagine life without her❤️ This Company is very professional, prompt in communication and will work diligently to find anyone their perfect pet. We absolutely adore our adorable Christmas pup we named her Bear. She has the sweetest personality. She loves to play with our 5yr old golden doodle, kids and very social with everyone. We can take her anywhere and she gives lots of kisses and loves to play. We had the best experience picking her up from Ohio it was so easy and she is happy, healthy and the perfect addition to our family in AZ! Thank you premier pups we are in love!??

I had the most amazing experience with every single person I spoke with through premier pets. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and with care for all of my concerns. Our sweet girl took a flight to PA, which I was nervous about but premier pets assured me (multiple times) that she was in good hands and would be safe and explained that the flight would be a better option then driving almost 7 hours to pick her up. We love our little Koda. She has brought so much joy to our family. I truly don’t think we could’ve found a better fit for us. She is perfect in every way! Thank you premier pets! I’ve been telling all of my friends about you!

We were so worried about picking Sadie up at the airport. Thought she might be covered in puke and poo. And traumatized. No such thing. She was clean and quite perky. She is a bundle of joy. Full of energy and love. We are enjoying her a great deal. She is a happy and healthy puppy. She has adjusted very well; this is her 4th day with us. House is full of toys!!!!! Our other two dogs are adjusting. One is a retired breeder (Lhasa Apso) and could care less. The other is a 2 year old mini Aussie and she is a bit put out, however she is adjusting. We take her for extra long walks to the lake and beach by herself. Lacie and Matthew were texting me and calling me to answer any questions and giving me support and encouragement. This was our families first puppy and we were a bit nervous. Premier Pups team was great! They walked us through everything we needed to do during the first few weeks of care and getting our new puppy adjusted to his new home and us adjusting to him. We picked him up just before Christmas and the team checked in on us regularly even over the holidays to make sure everyone was adjusting. They were also quick to respond to any questions we had. A few years ago, we welcomed Mario, a cavapoo, into our family. It'd be an understatement to say it's the best decision we've ever made. Mario is smart, healthy, silly, active, so loving and overall the best companion we could've asked for. I got my puppy back in August and he is our world. The only thing is, there were multiple dogs we were interested in but we were only allowed to see one. I understand them not wanting to be labeled at a “pet store” but when we are spending $3000 on a puppy I would like to see the different breeds. Again I’m so happy we went with the mini Bernadoodle but I would of liked to see other breeds. Other then that they are very nice and professional. In the near future we are looking into getting another dog and will be returning.
