We got our sweet boy Blu from Premier Pups back in 2023. They were so great to work with. Answered all our questions with no hesitation. I would not hesitate to go through them again if we were to get another puppy. They followed up after to see how we were doing and how our pup was doing.

Honestly I never really leave reviews but even after a year of owning my dog the place asks me for pictures and how the dog is doing. Very professional place, even when first buying the puppy from them they left me with a goodie bag to take care of the dog for at least a week. After I left premier pups they were still very responsive with me to help the dog since it’s my first puppy. If I do ever get another puppy. It’ll definitely be worth driving 4 hours to pick it up again from premier. Loved their customer service.

It was wonderful dealing with Premier Pups. From the videos prior to purchase and delivery, to the copious instructions and support materials, to the accessory and testing options. And everyone I spoke to was so helpful, well informed and friendly. The number of follow ups were also impressive.

We were nervous buying our first dog online but we had the best experience with Premier pups! Dovi flew to us and picking him up at the airport was very smooth. Premier pups were in contact several times to make sure he transitioned well. We were so happy with them that we considered no other company when we decided we needed another puppy. Our 2nd experience was just as good as the first.

The communication was as much as I needed when it came to picking him up, what was needed the first few days, and checking in regularly to make sure we were all adjusting. I would like to send my congratulations to all team of Premier Pups. Very responsive and prepared. I had a great experience all the way from the order to a week after we got the puppy. Brought her after two full weeks, we had her, to my new local Vet that found Stella in a very good health. Probably I paid her more then I thought initially, with all the services the company added to my initial order, but as a first dog's owner I had to trust all your suggestions. We are so happy with our little guy, he is incredibly lovable! The process from start to finish was smooth and we were given everything we needed to make sure he thrived. He was very small when we got him and Premier Pups checked on us almost every other day for the first couple of weeks, we so appreciated that. We will definitely use them ago if we get anymore pups!

Premier Pups is absolutely amazing! The entire reservation process was so seamless. Something that I really appreciated about them is that they kept checking up on my puppy after I reserved her asking about her eating habits, adjustment progress, training, etc. They even reached out nearly a year later to wish my girl a happy 1st birthday. Could not recommend this place enough! They gave me the greatest gift I’ve ever received — my Stella girl🩷

We are so thankful for Premier Pups for giving us the perfect puppy! Everyone who meets him (especially dog walkers at the park) think he has a perfect personality — so outgoing and friendly. He loves playing with all dogs and all people. Premier Pups made the transition so smooth, with multiple check-ins after we received him. We are so thankful to have Fibo, who just turned 1!

absolutely AMAZING!! Premier pups was by far the best experience i’ve ever had buying a dog. It was easy, all the staff were amazing & made the process very smooth. When we are ready to add another pup to our family we will definitely be going through premier pups again, and we browse the site often! Koda is the best dog. She is VERY sweet, very friendly with kids and other dogs, and well behaved. her personality everyone that meets her comments on how wonderful she is. We could not have asked for a better addition to our family.
