Friendly staff and great puppy

Searched around for a bit to find a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and came across my puppy. Hes healthy and I'm very happy!!

We got a Cava Chon puppy from Premier Pups on 8/6/2018. We named her “Mocha” and she seems to be adjusting well so far. She is pretty active and playful. We love spending time with her and she already tries to make us understand when she has to go for bathroom breaks. A cute and beautiful addition to the family indeed.

Buying our puppy from Premier Pups was a weird, interesting, and comforting experience all at once. I've never seen an online based puppy business before so it was intimidating to consider buying a puppy sight unseen (you can FaceTime their "available" puppies though). They seem to update their site frequently and post puppies well in advance to them actually being available so you can see if there are any you may be interested in. We absolutely fell in love with a Teddy Bear puppy named Doris. She was 7 weeks old at the time, so not yet available, but we made the leap and reserved her. We just bought a puppy sight unseen... I never thought we'd ever do that, especially since my wife is a "I just have to see it first" kind of person with everything. So yes, we were uneasy about the decision, but hindsight is 20/20 and we could not be any happier. I want to type away about Doris, but I'll keep this review about Premier Pups, not our puppy. The facility was really nice and the staff was extremely helpful. We called them 4-5 times asking questions about the process, puppy, warranty, etc. They answered all of our questions thoroughly and never seemed annoyed after multiple calls. You can really tell that Premier Pups care for their puppies and pro-actively try to make the transition for you and the puppy the best possible. They really do cover all the bases. Even down to the smallest detail I was impressed. After taking the leap, I don't know if I could ever see myself buying a puppy from anyone other than Premier Pups.

We are so happy we found Premier Pups. We fell in love with Toby from their pictures on the website, but were so nervous about having him shipped to Chicago. Premier Pups gave us great details. Toby arrived happy and healthy with all the details down- giving you exact instructions

Words can not even describe my satisfaction with Premier Pups. Picked up my Teddy bear dog and the facilities we're beautiful, the staff friendly and extreamly helpful, and most of all sold me my best friend. I will use them in the future and recommend to anyone looking for the perfect pup.

I really wanted a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and had been searching for over a year. I came across Premier Pups and found my perfect little guy. There couldn’t be a better puppy for me. Premier Pups has been very helpful all the way. Within minutes of ordering your puppy, they contact you to go over details and continue to do so until you get your pup. They are there to answer any of your questions after the pup arrives, and check up on them. The transition has gone very smoothly. I just love my puppy Hugo(formerly known as Baker)!

So happy with our puppy from Premier Pups. We have had him for a week and he is healthy and doing great! The process was smooth and easy and Premier Pups did a great job providing every bit of information needed both before and once the puppy arrived, as well as calling for multiple follow-ups.

Update: Owner went out of his way to find my order (under bf name) and made everything right, and even a video of my new baby! Shows how much he cares about his customers and business. Thank you. Bought a pomsky over a week ago after seeing all the good reviews, got a call a day later for more information on him but we were driving and it was hard to hear so we told them we would call back. Called back they just said we will call you back the next day. No calls for a few days so we called again and again they said they will call back the next day. Again nothing.. My puppy isn’t available for a few days so I’m just waiting but the calling them is kind of useless.

We love our new addition and are so grateful to Premier Pups for their great service and attentiveness during our entire puppy experience. I would highly recommend premier pups and can’t thank them enough for all of the direction and guidance. The owner went out of his way to make sure we were able to pick up our puppy when it was more convenient for us and he himself walked us through a number of questions and concerns. Thanks again for everything!!!
