We reserved our sweet teddy bear pup, Barkley, from Premiere Pups. When we arrived at the place to pick him up, almost a year ago, I was impressed by the beautiful facilities. When they handed me our perfect little guy, we fell instantly in love! He was healthy, well cared for and the employees were professional, caring and attentive to our questions throughout the process. I highly recommend Premiere Pups; you can trust them! And we have the cutest and sweetest little guy ever as part of our family; we love him so much!

Drove 200 miles from Indianapolis to get a Pomeranian "Teacup" puppy for my daughters. They absolutely love her. Very professional organization and worth the drive.

We got this beautiful puppy from Premier Pup. She is absolutely adorable and playful, she has quickly become the part of the family. Overall I had a good experience with Premier Pup. If you would like to do the local pick up and live far away, I would suggest to pick the puppy up the day after it becomes available. I waited over 2 hours because the puppy was waiting to get checked by the vet.

Premier Pups has made purchasing a puppy easy! We flew in and left the same day. When we had an unexpected airline delay they welcomed us to stay for an extended time in the meet and greet room. Rascal our Cavapoo made it home and settled in nicely. He is vibrant and strong. Their followup is excellent starting with a transition kit, lots of good resources, phone calls, and text. Seriously, you can call them 24/7! I would buy another puppy here and recommend them to others!

Premier Pups offers premier service from easy searching on their website to two weeks after having your new pup in your home. Nazra (formerly Raquel) is a gem and is maturing into an adorable, healthy, smart, and energetic pup! I appreciate that all members of the PP staff called, emailed, and sent texts to check in and see how she was adjusting. Even when I thought I was being overbearing with questions, they were professional and friendly. She goes in for her final round of vaccinations next week and we look forward to bringing her on so many new adventures! Thank you Premier Pups, and I know you'll continue to make customers (and puppies) happy!

After researching many sites and a bit weary of purchasing a puppy online, I kept coming back to Premier Pups due to the thoroughness of questions I had. All were answered either in the FAQ's, email or by phone. We received Tucker (formally Diego) 3 days ago. After a long day of travel for him, we opened his carrier and he was nothing but happy and loving to meet us. He has transitioned SO well with the kids. Tucker has kept a continuous feeling of peace and happiness throughout our home. He has been shockingly easy to potty train as we take him out every time he eats, plays, sleeps. We have a puppy pad down just in case and he has gone to the puppy pad if he doesn't make it in time outside. We have received follow up calls from Premier Pups to make sure he is doing well. All instructions have been detailed and super helpful! We took him for his first vet check and she said he is very healthy and looks great. THANK YOU, Premier Pups as this little guy is a dream come true for our children! WE are in love!

We have been searching for a puppy for quite some time. We wanted the perfect pup for our family. I have stumbled accross many webpages that sold puppies and were skeptical about the process. After reading reviews we decided to go for it. We found Kingston and decided to put an offer in. From that day forward we have had outstanding support from premier pups. From purchasing him, to receiving him, and care for him after arrival. It’s been an amazing experience. We are so excited to have Kingston home with us and our family couldn’t be happier! It’s been an exciting first week for all of us and we’re even looking into getting another one! I will keep you all updated! Thank you premier pups!

Great staff exceptional people willing to help you

I highly recommend Premier Pups. We are from Canada and have been looking for a teacup puppy for many months. Not only does Premier Pups have such cute puppies to choose from but they are exceptional with their customer service and care pre/post reservation. They answered all our questions, had our puppy on a flight a few days later and we couldn't be happier with our beautiful, healthy and happy teacup morkie! If you have any hesitation with getting a puppy online, rest assured, Premier Pups will not let you down and are always available to answer questions!

amazing experience!! We got a Pomsky puppy and she is just the best. Adorable, friendly, loving, and playful!! We live in New York and were nervous about flying her from Ohio but after speaking to someone from Premier Pups on the phone, we knew she’d be in good hands. We picked up our first mini bernedoodle, Cooper, from Premier Pups back in November (dog pictured on the right). He fit perfectly into our family and had an awesome temperament! This was especially evident with our two young children! We noticed quickly he was very playful and social and loved meeting/playing with dogs in our neighborhood. We tossed around the idea of getting him a puppy friend and one day I was browsing Premier Pup’s webpage and saw Dex. I knew he was the one! We went and picked him up on May 24th. We named him Toby and couldn’t wait to bring him home to meet Cooper! They were instant buddies and it has been so neat to watch them together. We absolutely love our mini bernedoodles and have had TWO very positive experiences at Premier Pups! I’d like to personally thank Andrew for being so personable and helpful at our most recent visit to Premier Pups!

Premier pups was easy to navigate and all around a smooth process! I have had my dog for 2 years now and I don’t have a single complaint!

Premier Pups has been amazing. If you have any questions they take the time to help you anyway that they can. They also check i. On your puppies progress weeks after he comes homes. Love this place. The building is very nice and clean. We got out puppy from here. Nice people who checked up to make sure everything was ok with the puppy. If anyone is thinking about getting a puppy. I recommend this place.
