Bought two puppies from them! The puppies are beautiful and healthy! The staff was also very communicative throughout the whole process! Would definitely recommend!

We reserved a mini golden doodle from premier pups. I was really nervous to reserve online and all the way across country. The customer service experience was sub par. I complained to them (Mike) and they seemed to take my criticisms to heart. Goldie flew from Ohio to California. Really anxious that she would be okay and she was. She is a really healthy wonderful puppy. We absolutely love her. I recommend premier pups.

We got our Cavapoo puppy Sophie aka "wilma" and she couldn't be more perfect for us. This breed is absolutely perfect for 4 yr olds! She is so tolerant and gentle. The guys at premier pups were amazing to with with!

Premier Pups and the staff there has been awesome...from the first contact to the follow up checks to make sure of the pup’s welfare, every one that I’ve chatted with or emailed with, has been first class. Blown away with the amount of care Premier Pups provides to their puppies and customer! Premier Pups is an exceptional establishment from start to finish and I would highly recommend them to anyone when it comes to finding a new furry family member. We’ve been thinking of getting a puppy for over a year and have visited numerous pet shops, breeders, and websites. Premier Pups does a great job in updating their website with available puppies along with a helpful short description on the bread. Once we reserved Noah, an 8 week Morkie via website, we arranged a time/date of pick up. We received an email communication/confirmation of our request along with recent vaccination and other services they are able to provide. When we arrived at the retail facility in Johnstown, Ohio to pick up Noah, we noticed how immaculately clean and calm the place was. We were greeted by Matthew, who was very friendly, helpful and courteous. Before getting our puppy, Matthew went in thorough detail of precautionary medication they were sending with Noah, along with feeding instructions, and what to expect in the days to come at home. When we initially met Noah, he was clean and happy to greet us. We took him outside to run on the grass while Matthew got us all wrapped up. The next day, we received an email communication what to expect on day one. We also received a call from Matthew. We weren’t able to pick up the phone at the time of the call. I received a voicemail message along with a text just making sure our puppy was eating, playing, sleeping and if we had any questions or concerns we wanted to address. On the second day, received another call from the owner of Premier Pups, checking in on Noah and how we were all adjusting to each other. We also received continuous emails with what to expect which were very help in trying to figure out if the puppy was eating enough. We are madly in love with our little puppy and grateful Premier Pups made our experience very positive and easier.
