We loved getting our little guy, a teacup yorkie, from PremierPups! Everyone was really helpful and the communication was great, I enjoyed the follow-up calls as well, as it ensured me that they really cared for their puppies. Bucky has been with us for about 3 months now and we couldn't be happier! He adjusted very quickly and loves playing outside, meet new people and follows us everywhere we go. Our Vet said he is one of the healthiest pups he's ever seen and was impressed by all the paperwork we were able to provide at our first visit. We love our sweet guy - thanks to everyone at PremierPups for all the help :)

They were awesome! They kept us informed on the status of our puppy and when he would be arriving. They called several times after our puppy arrived, to check on how he was doing. We would recommend them to anyone looking to reserve.

The entire experience was amazing. From the easy purchasing, the coordinated pick-up and the pick up experience was wonderful. The after sale experience and support was amazing as well. Several calls from them making sure everything was ok and they truly care that the puppy was adjusting to their new home. The puppy has the best personality ever! We will be repeat customers and we have already told several people about Premier Pups!! A++++++

I reserved my mini Goldendoddle from Premier Pups and my little one is full of fun life, so very intelligent as in 2 days she was poddy trained, knows her name and a few easy words. She has had her vet visit and is in top health. She has personality plus and captured the hearts of all whom meet her. Premier Pups calls me regularly and is knowledgeable about these little gems, answered all questions and you know the staff loves each pup they reserved out. I looked for a dog to reserve for over a year. After rescue groups repeatedly chose others over me (I work full-time), I began my search for a puppy. I fell in love with the Teddybear/Shichon. No other breeder had puppies that compared to Premier Pups. Today, after 16 months, I picked up my furbaby! She's the cutest, sweetest pup ever! The take home instructions are much appreciated and I've already consulted Doctor Pup, the online vet source recommended, with some questions. I'm very pleased with Premier Pups and have already referred several friends. Thanks for my baby!

We purchased a Cava Chon in Jan. 2018 from Premier Pups and I can honestly say this was the best experience I have had purchasing a puppy. The information they provided up front was very comprehensive, the staff is very knowledgeable, the facility is pristine and the puppies are healthy, very happy and well bred. I have had dogs for 33 years and I only wish all of our experiences were this good. We live in VA and were so impressed that we drove to OH to get our puppy. It was well worth the drive. I highly recommend Premier Pups to anyone looking to add a new member to their family. And, since we were so happy, my sister here in VA also purchased a Cava Chon and now our two puppies are growing up together and are fast friends! They both are wonderful. Thank you Premier Pups!!!! I highly recommend Premier Pups if you are interested in purchasing a new fur baby. I know purchasing online and unseen can be nerve wrecking but, my Teddy bear pup is exactly what I was wanting. My experience was flawless from start to finish. I love that they would check up on her after I had her for a couple weeks. I can't thank Premier pups enough. Izzy has brought such joy to my familay. We have had our pup ‘Buddy’ for about a week and he is wonderful. The puppy selection and pick up experience from Premier Pups was great... organized, professional, clean and informative. We got our mini goldendoodle from Premier pups after doing research on different breeders. They are amazing to work with and so flexible. I called them around 5 pm after I saw an available pup on the website and they let me come in a few hours later. You can immediately tell the house is clean and the pups are well cared for. They sent home detailed instructions on helping the puppy adjust to a new home and were available to answer any questions. They even called every few days the first10 days to check in and make sure we were doing well as first time dog owners. I would recommend them 100% especially for first time owners who would like some support while adjusting.
