I purchased a wonderful cavapoo puppy from Premier Pups a few months ago. He has been a joy!! Rondo, now Yoshi, is not only gorgeous and healthy, he is super smart. He is already house trained and learning several tricks and commands. The process of purchasing Yoshi was SO EASY. I did everything online from selecting my pup, negotiating the price, and making my payment. Premier Pups answered the phone right away EVERY time I called with a question. They provided updated photos and videos of my pup prior to him being shipped. I was nervous about Yoshi flying from OH to CA, but he arrived safe and sound. The detailed care instructions they provide, along with daily phone calls from the Premier Pup staff after Yoshi arrived, made those first few days a breeze. Thank you Premier Pups. I have my eye on a Berniedoodle... I’ll be purchasing again soon!

I’d like to commend Jacob Gilson for his kind and thorough service to help me through the process of ensuring that our new puppy would be the best fit with our first dog and family. He clearly cares deeply about all the puppies. Premier Pups did a great job throughout the process including with follow-up after our new puppy was home. Potter is precious!

Thank you Premier Pups for a excellent experience. Pippa is my new fur baby. A month back I lost my 10yr old Yorchon, Sebastian. I never could remember a time that he was not with me I miss him dearly and vowed that I would get another dog. They are good for the soul. Pippa is her own little personality.Love her.

Our 15 years old Sammy died April this year, and my daughter went into a deep depression, so I made it my purpose to find another puppy. After dealing with a lot of scammers, I stumbled into Premier Pups; crossing my fingers, I order my puppy (Jordan) a cavapoo, now named SIG SAUER. I cannot be more pleased with the attention, and service of Premier Pups. I truly believe that it was heavenly intervention that I stumbled with the website. Thank you for everything!!

We had an amazing experience with Premier Pups. They are very professional and they offered an incredible assistance. Since we couldn't go to pick our puppy up due to covid-19 we hired a travel nanny. When he arrived there he told us that Premier Pups was the best kennel he ever saw. Benji (originally named Tater) has been with us for 8 weeks and Premier Pups still continues to check in with us on how Benji is doing. We are very happy with our lovely puppy. We got our first puppy from Premeir Pups one year ago, and it was the best experience!! They did so much more than thought or expected ~ we received a to go kit for our puppy with food and preventatives, called and emailed to check on her, their staff is always available and even texted me a happy one year since she joined our family! Our initial call to PP was handled by a gentleman named Donato. His professionalism and attitude were spot on. Premier Pups followed through on every issue as well as following up after delivery. We could not be happier and highly recommend that you consider their services if you are interested a new family fur baby.

Bam! (Bambino) has been an excellent addition to our family. He is great with the kids, very smart and lovable. He was born December of 2019 and would love to hear how his siblings are doing (all original names began with ‘B’. We actually visited the facility before bringing him home. It is gorgeous, clean and staff are wonderful. Rest assured, these puppies are taken good care of. I highly recommend Premier Pups!
