Sasha formerly named Joyce has been a joy, she’s the most happiest maltipoo dog, she’s so smart; thank you to premier pups at the begging I was a little nervous buying a dog online, but the staff of premier pups make me feel comfortable, they were make sure the puppy got a good transition, they called me after we got our dog and every week to make sure the puppy was fine, even after we got one year with the puppy they called me to check on my dog, thank you she’s so healthy, playful and smart dog

Everything about me bringing my puppy home from Ohio to Massachusetts was unbelievable she was crated she flew here with all her meds she was a baby some toys just everything I would recommend premier puppies to anybody and I’m thinking of going back and buying another puppy that’s how good they were

Phillis is my third pup from Premier, I tell everyone about this site because we get stopped multiple times a day so people can say hi to her. She's perfect and loves everyone. I've never had even the slightest problem with Premier, it's always a seamless, hassle-free experience and each dog has been one of the smartest, most beautiful and wonderful dogs I've ever known. I'll never buy a dog anywhere else.

We got our mini goldendoodle here a little over a year ago. He is the best dog we could ask for! Premier Pups was extremely prepared when it came time for us to pick up our pup. We had an 8 hour drive ahead of us and they made sure we had appropriate medicines incase he got sick and we needed to calm his stomach. They also gave us some preventative meds to take home and give to our puppy for the first 10 days. Premier followed up with us about a week after we got him and again about a month or two later to make sure our puppy was adjusting well. It was very obvious they care about where their puppies go and how they are being cared for. The whole process from picking out a puppy, to the payment, and picking up our puppy could not have been any easier! When we picked our puppy up, the place was very clean, organized and put together. We can not recommend Premier Pups enough!!

Boba is a Morkie born in July. She was sent safely to us landing in San Francisco, CA with all the supplies needed including a crate, food, documents and preventative medications. Puppy pickup was convenient and secure so if you live in California, you will be happy knowing your puppy will have safe travels! Boba Is very, very energetic and loves to cuddle and human affection. She loves everyone from our family, especially children and spends lots of time playing with her toys. Choosing a Morkie was perfect as they are very clean, truly hypoallergenic and easy to maintain. Highly recommended from a happy family!

We were hesitant to buy a puppy online, but after reading the reviews and speaking with several members of the Premier Pups team, we felt assured that we are dealing with people you love and care for their pups. We have had Berit (Declan) for a little over a month now and love him more and more each day. We highly recommend Premier Pups to anyone looking for a loving puppy.

I have a 1 year old boy Cavapoo, a 10 month old Rescue Chihuahua mix (belongs to my daughter) and I was looking for a little girl to complete my pet family. Having almost been scammed twice, I was skeptical. I read everything on the site, checked the BBB and watched the videos on the site and in Vimeo aswell as called and spoke to Customer Care to ask questions. I was extremely surprised at all the information this site offers as well as the excellent Customer Care I received. The process was easy and informative. Once I completely read all of the FAQ's, I really didn't have any other questions as they were basically all answered. The best part was searching through all the great photos of all the adorable faces for the one that spoke to my heart. When I saw Carmen, I just knew she was the one! I was hesitant to buy a puppy but after failing to get a foster dog for months I decided to make the risky decision to purchase online. We got Nube right after we were quarantined for COVID-19 and it has been the best decision I’ve made. Staying home with him has made our relationship extremely special, the process of getting him was easy and with a lot of communication. The next day I got him I took him to the vet He kept scratching his ears snd shaking his head and was informed he had an ear infection, I immediately got in contact with premier pups and they apologized and reimbursed what I had spent at the vet’s office. I have recommended so many people to buy from this site and whoever has bought from them are just as pleased as I am. If I ever decide to buy another adorable puppy I know exactly the place to go!!

I bought my pom two years, I fell in love with him online then I went to meet him in person and he was even cuter in person! He was very happy, excited, full of kisses and we connected instantly. When I had medical questions the owner promptly responded. The medical records given were very clear and laid out well. He did get an issue at first, I had to feed him baby food in a small food syringe (not sharp no needle) turkey flavor with corn syrup because he was sleeping a lot and didn’t have the same energy. But after I fed him on schedule he popped out of it and I haven’t had any health issues since. He has one impacted tooth but it’s not harmful, isn’t causing pain or anything. His teeth are healthy, strong and white. Would I recommend premier pups? From my experience yes.

Overall great experience from beginning to end. They made it very easy and the puppy was exactly what we expected. All the info we were sent home with was perfect and the puppy is doing well at home. Howie getting lots of love, sleep, food and play time.

Premier pups is a great, legitimate business. We picked up our new pup here a couple of weeks ago, and he's been doing great. We're happy to have him in our family. The staff did an awesome job making sure our puppy was adapting to his new home as well.

Our Cavapoo Johnni Rose (formally Alera) is perfect!! She has adjusted beautifully, without any anxiety. After having almost made a serious mistake purchasing from what believe was a puppy mill, we discovered Premier Pups. Being extra cautious, we well vetted them (pardon the pun) and we couldn’t be happier. I trust that they really go the extra mile to make sure their breeders take extra good care of their adult dogs and their puppies as well. As my vet said, “Johnni wouldn’t look this good and be so well-adjusted had she come from a puppy mill situation”. She’s a player and a cuddler :) I would, and will, recommend Premier Pups 100%. Every interaction and every person I dealt with was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming, supportive, and patient. Although most of my interactions were over the phone, I believe that all service was provided with a smile :) They even drove Johnni Rose to Chicago, which during Covid, made us feel so much more comfortable. Also, their follow-up calls, emails and texts show how much they care about their pups and their people. Thank you, Premier Pups!!!!!! 🐾💕
