We are absolutely in love with our Mini Bernedoodle! Thank You Premier Pups!!

Flawless experience from the moment I started searching the site to the day my perfect puppy arrived. I have had excellent care and communication with the staff, which continues even after delivery. My first call was with Mariah, who was extremely accommodating, answering all of my questions and immediately sending me videos of the two pups I was trying to decide between. It was this part of the process that lead to my final choice, and was truly appreciated. Several subsequent calls with other staff and owner were handled perfectly and helped me feel confidant and trusting prior to delivery. Delivery was amazing. Roger communicated prior to and during the process, and was an absolute joy to work with. Care guides, medication, and all extras are thorough and so appreciated. My puppy arrived healthy and happy, and first check in with my vet confirmed this. I highly recommend Premier Pups, and I love my new family member. Thank you!

My cavapoo Bailee has been a wonderful addition to our family. We got her on New Year’s Day after the sudden loss of our dog Maggie. She has healed our ♥️ hearts. She his smart loving and so sweet. Premier Pups delivered above my expectations. Love our Bailee 🐾

Our Ruby (a cavapoo) just reached her one year mark! She's been an amazing puppy and we couldn't have been happier getting her from premier pups! We had her flown out from Ohio to LAX, and we got text updates as she was sent out. When we got her, she was scared but well taken care of and had some food and little toy with her! They also gave plenty instructions on how to take care of her in the first few weeks and texted frequently through the first several weeks to make sure that we were doing okay with her. If we get another cavapoo, i'll definitely look to see if we can get another one from premier pups if we can!!

We picked the perfect puppy, our sweet boy Bentley (formally Samwell), from Premier Pups nearly a year ago. From the very beginning of the process to the end, Premier Pups made us feel comfortable and at ease. We were able to FaceTime our puppy multiple times before he came home to us; we’re given a thorough rundown of our puppies travel plans, we also received text messages through the duration of his travel. Upon Bentley’s arrival, Premier Pups checked in on us and assured us they’d be there to help with any questions and needs we had along the way. Our vet also spoke highly of Bentley’s care, and has since recommended Premier Pups to their own puppy parent clients. Still, a year they checked-in to wish Bentley a Happy First Birthday. Premier Pups, we are so grateful to your team, for the superb care and attention you gave (and continue to give) to us through the entire process. we've had Tucker for over a year now (Oct, 2019) and he gets more precious every day. He is SUCH a perfect part of our family. Every step of picking him out and flying him to us here in Florida went so smoothly. He was healthy and adjusted easily to his new life with us. Premier was great to follow up with us multiple times the first few weeks to check in him. Tucker is a GREAT pup and i would 100% buy from Premier again!

We purchased our Mini-Goldendoodle from PremierPups in January 2020 (preCovid). This was our second doodle so we were familiar with the breed and pulled the trigger based on pictures and the description. PremierPups was recommended to us by a friend who got their mini-Doodle there too. The transaction was fast and easy as we made an offer on Saturday that was accepted within an hour, and our pup flew in on Tuesday. She arrived safely via Delta Cargo and came with instructions including starter food, vaccine medicine and a baby blanket. PremierPups staff provided great service and communications throughout the process. They even called to follow up and check on her 30 days after arriving and again via text, on her first birthday just a week ago. Our pup is smart, healthy and beautiful. At 1 she has a great non-shedding coat and weighs 20lbs. We love her. Buy with confidence.

Three years ago we got a teacup Pomeranian from Premier Pups and recently decided to give her a sister. We chose to go through Premier again because our first puppy Meadow has had the sweetest and best personality since the day we took her out of her crate at the airport. On November 5th we picked up Dana, now Amaluna or Luna for short, and we weren’t disappointed. She’s polar opposite of her new sister Meadow, but still so sweet. Her and Meadow are slowly getting to know each other. Meadow is very upset with us, but with extra loves I think eventually she’ll be happy we added a friend for her. You can tell that these puppies are well cared for before you get them. I’d definitely recommend using them 10/10 times. *Update: they are already playing together and getting along so well!
