Our experience with Premier Pups has been excellent. Apprehension at first, getting a pup in another state, having the pup flown to us. Very scary! We were very concerned when she arrived, thinking she would be lethargic and how she would rebound from the flight. Our concerns were quickly dismissed when we took her out of the crate. The tail started moving and hasn't stopped since.

Working with Premier Pups was so easy, whenever I had any questions they were very prompt and thorough with their response. The website is easy to use and informative. Our puppy is such a great addition to our family. She has such an amazing disposition, she is always happy and loves everyone. Without a doubt, if we were interested in another addition to our family we would choose Premier Pups again!

Our experience with Premiere Pups has been wonderful. Our Penny was super tiny (1 pound 8 ounces) so she couldn’t come home right away. The staff took extra care of her until she was truly ready for us by helping her with feedings, socializing, etc. When we met her, we couldn’t believe how tiny she was and understood why the staff was so careful with her. The staff was incredibly helpful in speaking with us about her travel, providing clear feeding instructions, etc. I’m really impressed and have shared the company site with so many people that I know. Penny is social, lovable, and such an amazing little one. We can’t imagine our lives without her now. Thank you for everything!

Overall, using Premier Pups was a great experience. Agnes was driven up in a van, due to the cold and we picked her up at a rest stop. She has been an absolute love. She is a healthy dog who loves to play fetch and go on walks. Working with premier was pretty easy. They were always responsive to any issues we were having as she adjusted to her new home. The one annoying thing was having the pet insurance. I understand why they wanted us to have it but the insurance company made it such a pain to cancel and keeps sending me annoying emails to rejoin. That being said because of how well tempered and healthy Aggie is I recommend them to everyone and if we get another dog it will be from Premier Pups.

We had a wonderful experience. Our new puppy arrived healthy & very well taken care of. Premier pups provided us with all the guidance & tools we needed to welcome our Lola into our home. She is a smart, sweet, happy and affectionate dog. We could not love her more!

Bowie has been an absolute light in our lives. We were somewhat nervous about purchasing a pup online, but the customer service at Premier Pups was incredible and made us feel very comfortable with the process. We even went out to visit their farm/headquarters in Ohio to pick up Bowie and were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. Would definitely recommend. Bowie has never had any medical issues (knock on wood) and is living a happy healthy life.
