I don’t have words to describe how this dog change our lives. My kids love the dog and play all day together. The best experience to get a new member for any family is premier pups. They are incredible.

We got Tonka Bean October 2021. Everything from start to finish was wonderful. When he was about 8 months old, we decided that he should get a playmate. So, we started looking again and found Bronson (formerly Chewy). Bronson had a couple issues in the beginning, but Premier Pups helped us through it and Bronson is just over 6 months old and as strong as ever.

The owner of premier pups got in contact with me to inquire about my experience. He offered to sell me another dog when one becomes available. When I saw his emails, I realized that I had missed a sentence where he told me to text him every Tuesday as he is, understandably, very busy. I apologized to the owner for the misunderstanding. As a disabled person I was in a lot of pain and didn’t read all of the details very well. Again, I’m sorry for any inconvenience this caused the company. The owner of the company has been very kind to me after my initial issues. He has addressed it to me in several attempts to find me a puppy that would work for me. Just to let other disabled people to know, they are very good at working with you to figure out what would be best for each individual. They are also very supportive in helping you to get the right dog for you! It’s a great company!!

My experience with Premier pups was awesome. They were so prepared when I got there to pick him up and they actually eased my mind. We drove from DC and Bleu was great in the car and it was just the best experience. I wouldn't buy a puppy from anywhere else. As a matter of fact, I'm currently trying to buy a second pup from Premiere Pups, as Bleu would love to have a play mate. I would recommend Premiere Pups for anyone considering purchasing a puppy.

I was incredibly nervous buying a puppy long distance. I called and asked for videos and asked a million questions and Premier Pups answered all of them. We got a Cavachon and she is adorable. She is the perfect temperament and she is exactly as she was described. She was also very healthy. We took her to the vet as soon as she arrived (this is standard practice when you get a puppy) and she had a clean bill of health. After we received her Premier Pups continued to follow up and ask how she was doing. If I could I would buy like 10 more dogs from Premier Pups. If I had a dollar for every we were stopped and told we have the cutest puppy I would be rich! I don't even want to think about it but when the day comes and our puppy passes away we will be returning and buying another dog! thank you!! 2022 update - we added a toy aussiedoodle to our family from premier pups and she is perfect !

As we began our search for a new puppy we were very hesitant to purchase a puppy on line-fearful of it being a scam or puppy mill. The attention we received from Premier Pups was outstanding and alleviated any concerns we had about finding our puppy on line. If we had questions they were very prompt in responding. We appreciated all of the information we received to help transition it new puppy to her new home. The calls at scheduled intervals to see how she was settling in and to see if we had any questions was much appreciated. The staff truly care about the puppies as if they were their own pets. We highly recommend Premier Pups and would definitely consider using them again if we were to get another puppy.

I’m grateful Jonas was able to make a safe flight to MN despite the cold weather - as it’s my first experience with a puppy, the supplies he arrived with were also incredibly helpful. It’s been a little over a month and he’s doing very well. He is healthy, progressing well in his puppy classes and wants to be everybody’s best friend. His genetic testing came back healthy as well though he it did show bichon and a shih tzu/Yorkie mix as his parents (as opposed to bichon and shih tzu parents) - I’ll likely retest him as he matures more. In any case, he is the sweetest little guy and I’m so grateful for him.
