My experience could not have been any better. Lily arrived to me in Arizona 2 days after she was first available. To my surprise she showed no apprehension to people and immediately began excitedly wagging her tail when in my arms. Her lack of fear continued when she was introduced to the rest of her forever daily a couple hours later. The Premier Pups transition process is phenomenal. Lily arrived very happy and healthy. She was already accustomed to hard food and quickly transitioned to a hard food diet. She showed signs of very positive socialization and seemed to have already begun potty training before her arrival.

We are very pleased with Premier Pups and the entire process. Their outreach to us throughout and beyond the initial purchase was the absolute best. They showed us pictures of the parents and told us their general health, which assured us as Cavalier King Charles Spaniels are prone to certain health issues. Our baby is now just over a year old and continues to thrive and entertain us minute by minute. We are now looking for a Cav sister for Maisie because she would love a playmate, and because working with Premier Pups has been so wonderful. Hopefully, we'll find one soon.

It’ was a great experience from start to finish. I picked her up on a rainy October afternoon 1.5 hours away. The van kept us apprised of traffic due to weather. She was scared but slept in my lap all the way home. We took her to vet on Monday and she checked out fine. I would definitely recommend Premier Pups to anyone looking for a new family member.

Hadley is our fourth four-legged baby and Premier pups has given exceptional customer service through the reservation process and now with the one year follow up. This is a level of customer service we've not experienced prior. They truly care about the transition of the puppy. Well done!
