We love our pup we received from Premier Pups. Very easy, safe pick-up process. They contacted us often to check on our pomeranian Frankie who we renamed Ace. Would definitely recommend.

When COVID-19 hit and spring break for my high schoolers were cancelled, some of our family thought a puppy was a good idea. Reluctantly, I began researching and came across premier pups. We narrowed our breed choices amd I placed our first call to ask some questions. The person i spoke with provided sound advice regarding breed choice based on our family situation and lifestyle. From there the process was easy. They were available for questions after our new addition arrived and checked in regularly. Yesterday, on Coopers first birthday, they checked in again which is what prompted me to tell others about our experience. Our Cavapoo has a sweet personality, plays perfectly with other dogs and his desire to please us humans made him easy to train. Thanks, Premier Pups!!!

I never thought I’d reserve/purchase a puppy online but we were looking for the perfect puppy for our daughter for her 16th bday. I happened on the Premier Pups site after searching through a few different sites and when I called with any questions they were always available. We decided on the perfect pup that had been born on Valentine’s Day and was ready on my daughter’s birthday. It seemed like fate. When he arrived he was so cute and tiny, we were all instantly in love. Premier pups called and checked in often in the very beginning, and it was always perfect timing because I’d have a question or needed advice on feeding. I would absolutely use Premier Pups again, and totally recommend them to get your perfect, healthy puppies!

Our experience with Premier Pups was exceptional on all levels. Unfortunately, we bought our puppy in the middle of the pandemic, so we missed out on some of the normal great customer service experience, and yet, our experience was awesome! From the first contact through the checkups throughout the year, they were top notch. They gave us everything we needed to feel informed and comfortable with our first dog. Our dog "Echo" is a Teddy Bear breed and has brought so much joy to our family and is the highlight of every day. He's just over 11 pounds. We would go with Premier Pups again and highly recommend them to everyone.

My brother told me about Premier Pups when i was looking for a puppy. It all happened during quarantine so i was not able to come meet Nico before choosing him. I was not disappointed at all. He was perfect. My puppy will be turning 1 feb 17th.The experience was great. I was able to get my perfect little fur baby. They were very helpful and answered any of my questions. I truly do recommend Premier Pups when looking for the perfect addition to your family.

We had a very positive experience with Premier Pups! We reserved our Havanese Puppy from them in April 2020 in the midst of the pandemic. They provided us with the timely communication through every step of the process. Our puppy was delivered to our home with all necessities and clear instructions to help him get acclimated. They were also available for any questions we had. Our puppy is thriving and has become a perfect member of our family! My kids absolutely love him. Great Service!

Amazing experience! My Havanese puppy is about to turn one. She is a great dog, and the entire experience when picking her out right up to delivery was smooth and seamless, highly recommended.

We got our little Watson from Premier Pups. The experience was great, they made it easy, were professional and detailed. Watson is a mini golden doodle and we love him so incredibly much. He is fun and loves to play, he enjoys taking walks and going to the dog park. He is also an amazing snuggler!
