My experience with Premier Pups was nothing but Top Notch! They were responsive, on top of communication throughout the process, and after I had my amazing new pup Ruby, they continued to follow up and check up on her well being and acclamation to our new family. I would highly recommend them!

Everything about Premier Pup is A+ service. I was very skeptical because I’d previously been scammed for a pure breed dog, I did my research and checked BBB. From the moment I chose my fur baby, I was receiving all the information for him. I got the nanny service because I had anxiety about him being under the plane. My nanny was keeping me in the loop and sending photos as they made their way to San Francisco. Even when I had questions or concerns about his health the first few days, I was able to reach out and they responded immediately. I tell every I meet that’s truly interesting in getting a puppy from a trusted breeder to use Premier Pup. Whenever I decide to add to my fur family, I will definitely be using them again. This is one company you don’t have to hesitate with.

From the minute we decided to go with Premier Pups. We dealt with a few people. They all answered any questions we had. Made you feel comfortable taking home a puppy. Letting you know exactly what to do. Called to see if you have questions and the transition for not only the dog but you were going okay. Even the person we met up with to pick up the dog was professional and answered questions and made sure we knew what to do. We have our puppy Tucker for a little over a month now and he is the best addition to the family. If you are thinking about getting a dog I would highly recommend looking into premier pups.

I heard about Premier Pups from my sister who purchased a puppy a month before I did. We made the 3 1/2 hour trip from Pittsburgh together on April 23, 2020 to pick up our puppies together. She got a teddy bear and I got a Poochon. Picking up my puppy under Covid restrictions, Premier Pups did an excellent job making the experience a seamless transition. It would have been nice to have more time asking questions before leaving the facility but I understood why I couldn’t. But with that said, upon returning home, and being a first time puppy owner, I called Premier Pups with several questions in the first few weeks. They were very responsive and were more than happy to help every time I called. My Poochon just turned a year old on February 19th. Her name is Juliet (Jewel) and is full grown at 9lbs. My sister’s teddy bear pup is of course Romeo and they are best friends. The breed information provided on their website was very accurate on both of these breeds. Poochons are very happy, active, high energy dogs that love to be with you and are extremely loyal. She is so fun and I love her so much! I would highly recommend Premier Pups!

Update! Our boy just turned 2 yrs old. He's very healthy and we have not had any health issues. We love our boy! *UPDATE! Our boy is 1 yr old and he's perfect! He has the best temperament and is so good with the kids! He is the sweetest boy and loves to snuggle! He is very healthy! We recommend that you contact Premier Pups when you're ready for that new addition to your family! *UPDATE....Our boy is 5 months old today and is the sweetest guy! His temperament is so loving and he's great with our young children! He is the healthiest he could possibly be. We are so happy we went through Premier Pups and found our sweet boy 💙 This has been the best experience purchasing a puppy! Our English Bulldog passed away almost 2 yrs ago. We finally decided we were ready to begin a new journey with a French Bulldog. Our search began a few months ago and we couldn't find a breeder that we approved of. We had a bad experience with the breeder we bought our English Bulldog from so we were extra cautious this time around. I came across Premier Pups and was quite impressed with their program. They were quick to answer emails and questions. We picked up our handsome guy and the experience in the pickup process was beyond professional and smooth. They went through everything with us and gave us our bag that had everything we needed to begin our new journey. They called the next day to make sure all was well and to answer any questions we had. We were pleased with the entire process! Our new baby is total perfection! Definitely check with Premier Pups if you're looking for a new puppy....you won't be disappointed!

We got our Cavapoo Puppy Millie ( Caitlin) with Premier Pups when she was 8 weeks old and we love her soooo muchhhh. We whole heartedly thank Premierpups for giving us a healthy , good natured female puppy . She is one year old now and time has just flown . Everyday is a blessing with having her in our life .

I purchased my F2 Pomsky puppy from premier pups last April (2020) and it was the best decision I could have made! She was estimated to grow between 12-19 lbs, and they were right on. At one years old she is a whooping 12 lbs. She has been perfectly healthy since the beginning of our journey together. I always get compliments around town that she is the cutest Pomsky they have seen! I was pleased to receive a message from premier pups asking how Akira is doing and wishing her a Happy Birthday, but I am not surprised. Premier pups is exceptional and they go above and beyond with customer service.

Premier Pups is such an impressive group of people. We have a young family and I was very nervous about reserving our first family pet but the staff was so helpful answering all my questions and gave us everything we needed to help with the transition. We are over the moon with our newest family member and couldn't be happier! When we are ready to add a second little fur baby to the family I undoubtedly will be working with Premier Pups again. They have earned my trust and have gained a client for life!

From day 1 when we picked out our pup on premier pups website it was nothing but great customer service. They provide you with detailed info and they were on point! Our pup Max is a healthy puppy and we are so pleased with him. I would recommend anyone looking for a small breed dog to this company. They are legit and very professional!

We got our beautiful puppy Coco in April 2020 and had a wonderful experience with Premier Pups. The people there were so helpful and gave us all the information we needed to get ready to take her home. On pick up day we were so excited to receive our dear puppy and she was so well tempered, friendly, curious and loving from day one. The support provided by the staff at Premier Pups made the first days and weeks go smoothly as we learned how much food and water our puppy should take in and how to get her used to sleeping through the night.
