"We could not be happier with our Premier Pups experience! Their communication throughout the puppy picking process was attentive and detailed. We chose to have our little Howie arrive by Premier Pup's transportation, which we were hesitant about. We were kept informed every step of the way of Howie's trip to us. He arrived in a spotless van, crates were clean, newspapers on the bottom of the crates were clean, no odor, nothing. Howie arrived with his own package. He was scanned and his package was barcoded and scanned to ensure we received the right meds and food. Detailed instructions were included with meds. The followed up with us a few times to see if we had any questions. I also called them to ask a question and they were so helpful. Howie is now a happy, healthy one year old pup. He has a sweet wonderful personality. We are happy to write this review and recommend Premier Pups!"
