Before our days were filled with wagging tails and playful paws, my work was building homes. My hands were in the dust, measuring, cutting, and creating something solid from the ground up. I loved the craft, but my wife and I always shared a deep love for dogs. About eight years ago, that love grew into something bigger. It became something we could build together as a family: our breeding program.

At Paws Elite, this truly is a family operation. My wife, our kids, and I are all involved in the daily care. That includes feeding, cleaning, socializing, record-keeping, and everything in between. We take immense pride in our dogs and our environment. Cleanliness, structure, and comfort are non-negotiable here. We are intentionally detailed about making sure every space is calm, safe, and well cared for, both for our dogs and for our family.

We specialize in Mini Bernedoodles and Mini Goldendoodles, breeds we adore for their gentle nature, loyalty, and loving personalities. Every puppy is raised with purpose, consistency, and genuine affection. That care shows in how confident and well-adjusted they become.

Paws Elite is not just a name. It is the life we have built, one puppy, one family moment, and one joyful tail wag at a time.

Our family has been raising dogs on our Ohio property for over a decade. What started as a passion for two specific breeds — Cavapoos and Maltipoos — grew into a full-time commitment to responsible breeding. Every litter here is raised in our home, not in a separate facility, which means our puppies are accustomed to everyday household sounds, family routines, and the kind of gentle handling that makes for confident, well-adjusted dogs.

We hold ourselves to Premier Pups' standards because we believe they represent what responsible breeding looks like. Health testing, documentation, and veterinary oversight are non-negotiable for us. Our records are thorough, our facilities are clean, and every puppy leaves us having had the best possible start.

FAQ

Common Questions Answered

Breeding decisions are made only after parent dogs meet age and health requirements and receive veterinary clearance. This includes breed-appropriate health testing, such as OFA evaluations where applicable, along with review of health history and compatibility before pairing.

Each puppy's development is tracked from birth through placement following a structured schedule. Breeders document weight, behavior, and health observations at each stage. Internal oversight agents review these records alongside direct on-site observations to confirm that documented care aligns with actual practices.

Licensed veterinarians are involved at every stage — from evaluating breeding dogs and guiding maternal health protocols, to conducting full nose-to-tail examinations before each puppy is placed. Veterinary input also informs vaccination schedules, parasite control, and any follow-up care needed during development.

A dual-layered oversight system is in place. Third-party veterinarians provide independent medical evaluation, while designated breeder relation agents conduct both scheduled and unannounced on-site visits. Documentation is reviewed alongside direct observation to ensure that what is recorded reflects what is actually happening in daily care.

Puppies are not shipped directly from breeders. Premier Pups coordinates the transition process, which includes final health evaluation at a licensed veterinary facility before any placement. Pickup and delivery options are available, and families are informed of all details prior to the puppy's travel.

Advanced blood evaluation provides objective laboratory data on internal organ function, glucose levels, protein, and hydration status. It adds a measurable diagnostic layer to the clinical exam, giving families a more complete picture of their puppy's health at the point of placement. More than 70% of families choose to include it.

Every Puppy. Every Standard. Every Step.

Our structured framework ensures that every puppy raised within the Premier Pups network receives the same level of care, oversight, and preparation before going home.
